ANNOUNCEMENT: After receiving reports of the legacy app no longer working on newer Android updates, we've made the difficult decision to replace it with the current Beta Asianfanfics app that is still under heavy development. The old app could no longer be updated due to it being on an obsolete platform and could not be fixed for newer Androids.Although the current app has most of the basic functionalities, many of the features you're used to is not yet available on the new app so if your current app is working, you do not need to update it to this newest version. If there is a feature you really want on the new app, send us an email so it can help us prioritize building the features people use the most.

Asianfanfics is a social community for people who like to read, write, and share their favorite stories and news about entertainment, music, and pop culture.
We're a tight-knit community with a wide variety of ways to find new friends and interesting content from tags and popular sections to blogs, discussions, chats, polls, and of course, through stories themselves.
Keep track of the stories you like through subscriptions, chapter bookmarks, or by organizing them with labels. Authors really love comments so if you like what you read, please leave one for them on their story! - Added last visited dates for each story listing to quickly let readers know the last time they have read a particular story. These visits are only stored in a user's device and will not transfer to another device.- Added estimated read times for chapters and whole stories.

4 ★I like the app but I think there is a problem with save offline options because sometimes when I save something offline and want to read it its just not there and I have to save it again so I can read it and after couple chapters new chapters just aren't there and then I need to be online again to save it AGAIN so I can read other chapters normally offline. Please fix this.
1 ★At first, i really love the app but now i started to not like it coz they stop/banished the OFFLINE READING. Before you can have a lot of chance to reread the fic story when your out of town, when there's no data connection, when your too busy or need to reread it before reading the new update coz there's a lot of time you forgot the flow of the story of super long hiatus and etc. BUT NOW U NEED TO WAIT UNTIL YOU GET A DATA CONNECTION TO READ THE FIC.
1 ★Banner ads way to big and cover too much space and then there are ads the pop up over the entire screen randomly. Like i get sometimes you need them, that aint the issue, its when you let the ads take over and be intrusive like that, making using the app a very unpleasent and unnappealing experience. Uninstalled. :(
3 ★please fix the bug.. the type of bug when you log in and try to check if someone had sent you a msg and when you click on it, it goes back to the log in page i've logging in for a few times now and its getting to my nerves! i really rather go to the website instead of clicking the app! FIX THIS NOW
1 ★I had to sign in multiple times to access one story and could subscribe to neither authors nor stories. I couldn't edit my profile beyond changing my avatar. I could only save one story. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the numerous times I had to sign in to execute any action. Please address these issues.
3 ★A bit disappointed that I can't use night mode with offline stories, and every time I unsubscribe to a story, it will refresh back to the homepage. Also, I cannot use multiple filters at the same time (e.g., complete and most viewed stories), but overall entertaining app.
4 ★Is it just me or the app is acting up? When Ibtried to type the do backspace, I'm having a hard time because I'm supposed to remove the letter to edit out my typos but when I do that the letter beside it is the one being deleted. I hope this will be fix soon. This app is very useful because I don't need to open it in a browser on my phone.

1 ★Sucks!! I really love it at first, but now i uninstalled it! I can't even download the stories even they say download available... it's just useless now
5 ★I've already downloaded this and just uninstall it....Overall its great but after I opened it again today I can't press the subscriber button even tho I already pressed it way back when I first used the app and before reading it!!!and can you pls save the stories we save offline to our acc so if we deleted the app we can read it again if we download and log in our acc again!? Pls fix this. Its rlly testing my patience I keep doing this for like 20x already. Do something to improve your app..!

1 ★The owner of AFF, Nichiren, recently posted about this. I'm copying his message here for those of you not friends with him: Some people have told me about an AFF app on the Play store. I took a look and it looks like they put a wrapper around our mobile site and packaged it into an app which is an easy thing to do. So here's the thing: I don't know who they are. If you use it, you're giving your credentials to a third party and risking your private data.
