Can’t make it to work? No problem! Post your shift on the Shift Marketplace and find coverage from another team member. Once a manager approves, you are off the hook!
PICK UP EXTRA WORK SHIFTS
Looking to earn extra income? Pick up shifts by browsing available work opportunities on the Shift Marketplace. Tap on a shift to apply. Once you are approved, head in to work!
COMMUNICATE WITH YOU TEAM
Stay connected without trading phone numbers with your coworkers. Access the Community tab to send direct messages or post multimedia on team channels.
REQUEST TIME OFF
Make time off requests for days you need off in your calendar. View accrual balances, and submit the request for managers to approve.
TAKE VOLUNTARY TIME OFF
When VTO opportunities are made available, tap to apply and offer to take the day off. Once approved, enjoy your day off!

POST OPEN SHIFTS
Broadcast 1 or 100s of open shifts with the tap of a button. If you need team members to work, post a shift, add a description, and select the group. Then manage applications as they come in.
APPROVE AND DENY SHIFTS
Review and approve or deny shift swap applications between team members, and for manager posted shifts. Manage multiple applications all on one shift card.
VIEW TEAM ROSTERS
Manage the daily roster and see which employees are working when. View job positions and shift start/end times. Add Open Shifts and VTOs directly from the roster card.
POST ANNOUNCEMENTS
Post announcements with read receipts. Send announcements to your location on a team channel, and see who has marked the announcement as read.
SHARE PHOTO SCHEDULES
Still using paper scheduling? Take a photo of a printed schedule to send to your team. Team members will be able to view the schedule in their shift calendar.
MANAGE USERS & GROUPS
View all location team members and approve or deny users into the location. Create new groups for shift posting and communication channels to send messages.

5 ★Had an issue with the notification sound and also some lagging, but tried uninstalling and then reinstalled, which seems to have fixed the problems so far. When it works, I love this app!

5 ★The Sound Notification wasn't give me the notification for job posted. I uninstalled. Then I installed it agsin to see by doing that ut will give the shift job sound notification that I need to warm of shift posted.
5 ★This is a wonderful application. It meets the needs of my company by allowing shifts to be easily posted and picked up. The user interface is extremely friendly and doesn't offset those with limited technical skills. I really like that when a staff picks up a shift it is reflected on their calander for shift management and quick reference. My only concern is that while the paid version allows for the deletion of user posted content it does not allow for the restriction of user posted content. In managing a company with a couple hundred employees it is paramount to be able to limit and control what is posted rather than deleting it after the fact.
5 ★This app fills a huge void. Not only does it eliminate a lot of the hassle and stress managers deal with concerning day-to-day scheduling updates and ensuring their stores run smoothly, it gives employees a sense of responsibility and freedom. The custom controls provide managers with a worryfree method for ensuring employees are only able to swap shifts with other employees who are qualified to perform the position-associated tasks. Highly recommended app!
4 ★It is tremendously helpful to have one flexible but closed network for communicating and schedule alterations while not on site for our shift work. It is also frustrating that some of us, especially Android users, have to reinstall to catch shifts, or even post them, sometimes. Filters, handy while functioning properly, also seem to have a mind of their own; I can't even change who may see my schedule, nor see my own pick up shift requests.
4 ★When it's working, the app is great! ❣️ I've been able to get shifts that open up and cover for colleagues. We can also trade messages and warnings for traffic, parking, etc. Unfortunately, sometimes my app is glitchy and doesn't send notifications promptly, so I miss opportunities because someone else gets there first. I have to close the app and reopen to get the latest information rather than leave it open in the background while waiting for someone to post.
3 ★I feel like managers should be able to input people's schedules into the group calendar, rather than expecting staff to so it themselves. I also wish the messaging functioned more like a chat, with read messages and typing indicators like Messenger. Other than that, it seems like a genuinely useful app. We'll see how well it works going forward.
3 ★The app will work great for a while, but suddenly will stop sending notifications. I checked my settings and everything indicates that I should be receiving notifications. The only way to resolve this issue (that i have found works) is to uninstall and reinstall the app. After that, it will worknfine again. This is the second time it has happened.
4 ★Makes covering shifts at work very easy. Along with an instant messaging option between you and your team of coworkers, managers can also communicate memos, announcements, etc. with employees. One thing i dint like is that you have to sign in every time you use the app, which is annoying.
3 ★Worked fine until the Oct 14, 2019 update. Now almost every time I open it, I'm logged in, but not connected to my store, and can't see anything going on within the app. Meaning I can't cover shifts or view my schedule. PLEASE FIX IT!
