5 ★The first few orders were great!! Went off without a hitch....now however, I reserve a time for pick up, then go back to check it and I've been bumped out of my time slot...probably user error...meaning it's me doing something wrong

1 ★Won't work anymore! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but all it does is cycle. Not happy but can at least still order online via my computer.

1 ★This app..... I can never find my coupons once they're clipped. They used to appear and now just disappear. Pointless to meal plan around coupons at Raley's .
4 ★Been using three different stores since last year. Two only have pickup, the other delivery, which is almost always spot on. The things I'd like to see with the app are: zoom feature so I can see ingredients on packages. Or even a 360° view for nutritional info. I know that will take a lot of work for every item in a store. But if I cannot see what's in it, I won't buy it, so money lost for the store because of this. Raley's employees are ALWAYS helpful and friendly - even in the pouring rain!
5 ★This app has changed the way I shop. It saves me time and money because I'm not wandering through the store and grabbing things I don't need. No more impulsive buys! I've always been happy with the produce the shopper selects for me, and if something I order is out of stock, they call and suggest substitutions. I love that I can see what items I've purchased before. The only thing it doesn't keep track of is the WEIGHT of things I've purchased, which would be helpful for meats and produce. But other than that minor thing, I have zero complaints.
1 ★This app is a huge time consuming waste. First off, in order to even open the app, I have to turn off my VPN, then it takes forever for the pages to load. Coupons are layered behind the products, so you have to click through each item to find what the offer is. More than 25 minutes to click through to the offers on one page. It showed there were 12 pages of "offers", all buried. I uninstalled it after wasting all that time just on the first page. Why all the hassle to access the offers?
5 ★Such a time saver to be able to build my grocery order on my phone as I go along during the week! I also keep lists of my frequently ordered items and interesting things I run across that I want to buy in the future. Thank you for adding notes and substitutions to the app. I can now use the app to build my grocery order from start to finish and check out.
2 ★Inventory never updated, always out. You can order enough to avoid the extra $5.95 charge, but so much is not in stock, your total goes too low and you get charged anyway. You never know it's out of stock until the groceries are delivered to your car. Unlike Walmart's app, there is no communication about any substitutions or outages. Because they do not update this app with what is currently in the store, shopping at Raley's is pretty much a crapshoot every week.
3 ★Boots me every time I try to check out. Have to go back in phone and click on app to pull back up and log in again. Every single time this happens. Android phone. Search is also a little too specific. And when checking out, have to recheck address, time for complete order button to activate. Every time. App needs some work, not as user friendly as it could be.
