Il progetto "I love Palermo Pulita", nato dall'associazione culturale 800APP, vuole lanciare una campagna di legalità e sensibilizzazione sulle tematiche ambientali e, più precisamente, sulla raccolta e differenziazione dei rifiuti solidi urbani, tesa a formare i giovani come comunità educante ed educativa e ad aumentare la qualità dell'ambiente e della vita di tutti i cittadini di Palermo.L’iniziativa, indirizzata ai giovani di età compresa fra i 14 e i 30 anni, ma soprattutto agli studenti delle scuole superiori palermitane, mira a unificare, nel concetto di legalità, "dovere e motivazione” di una corretta educazione alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.
Informazione e comunicazione sociale sono strumenti decisivi per ottenere un esito positivo e questo progetto vuole, finalmente, utilizzare i nuovi strumenti e linguaggi di comunicazione dei giovani per avvicinarli ad una cultura della legalità e del rispetto dell'ambiente.
