4 ★Very useful app for pregnant mom's looking for hypnobirthing
1 ★Paid £10 and only 3 of the sessions were relevant, what's the point?

2 ★None of the links on the menu open, I recieved the message 'page not found' . Is this app just the audios listed, which you need to purchase to unlock? Do you need Paula's book alongside this app to fully understand the Hypnobirthing?
4 ★Great to listen to in lead up to giving birth, listen again on labour day and calmed me down. Even now still using some of the better sleep recordings post birth.
1 ★I'm gonna go ahead and assume since you have snarky admin who typically respond to reviews with witty comebacks instead of showing genuine concern for customers, that this app is probably not worth it. For running a hypnobirthing app, it sure seems like you could use a little more self-care. Lighten up.
1 ★I bought this but it is taking so much time to load the Hypnobirthing session.
1 ★Actually useless app. It's a free app to have, it however is not free to use. You get a quick audio telling you about the hypnotherapist and what she does, everything else is locked and expensive to listen to. €8 some odd to listen to a 40 min audio on hypnobirthing. No thanks
2 ★The free relaxation track isn't relaxing.
1 ★I listened to about 1/2 of the free session but having used lots of self hypnosis apps for various self help and really finding them useful I found this one the least relaxing and helpful of any I have ever tried. The speech is much to fast paced and made me feel anxious as my mind was unable to do what was been asked before moving onto the next thing. I had to switch it off and certainly would not consider purchasing the paid elements based on the free session.
