Description
Via de Mijn Recept APP is het mogelijk om op zeer eenvoudige wijze uw (herhaal)recepten in te dienen bij de apotheek. Binnen 5 stappen kunt u al uw medicatie aanvragen en eventueel laten bezorgen.De Mijn Recept APP maakt het dus mogelijk om gemakkelijk en op welk tijdstip dan ook uw (herhaal)recepten eenvoudig in te dienen. Dit bespaart u veel tijd en lange wachttijden.

Hieronder volgt een beschrijving van de 5 stappen.
Stap 1:
Door de 4 cijfers van uw postcode in te toetsen, zal Mijn Recept bepalen welke apotheek uw aanvraag kan verwerken.
Stap 2:
U kiest de apotheek naar keuze en vervolgens geeft u aan of u uw medicatie komt ophalen of liever bezorgd wil hebben.
Stap 3:
Afhankelijk van uw gekozen afleverwijze kunt u aangeven op welke dag u de medicatie wil komen halen of bezorgd wil hebben. Tevens is het mogelijk om opmerkingen, wensen of instructies door te geven aan uw apotheek.
Stap 4:
U maakt een foto van uw recept(en).
Stap 5:
Na het invullen van uw adres en contactgegevens verstuurt u met 1 druk op de knop uw (herhaal)recepten. Uw gekozen apotheek zal zorgen voor de verdere afhandeling.
Bij het ophalen of na ontvangt van uw bestelling overhandigt u de recepten aan de apotheek.
Kortom: Zeer eenvoudig en gebruiksvriendelijk wat u veel tijd zal besparen.
