1 ★I've only had this pet insurance since June 2020 and what a mess. I did research and selected this company for my new rescue dog. I wish I had gone with the one I used for my first rescue dog. It wants history for a dog I rescued. The only info I have is what my vet has given me. I submitted a claim back in December and still keep being told more history is needed. I don't have it! As for the app it's useless as it doesn't work. Why am I still paying for this? Update 4/19/21: Nothing has changed
1 ★I couldn't do anything in the app like update my payment info. Said not a valid zip code or can't verify identity. Also the info on payment history was very wrong. The website was better I had to call to sort through the app mess.
2 ★Bad! What could've been done in a few minutes has turned into an hour+ nightmare. You should be able to upload documents with an 'S' all at once instead of the 1 at a time!! time and patience consuming garbage!!
1 ★This app needs some help. It sent me a confirmation code but despite typing it correctly and triple checking I got an error message. Somehow it still let me log in but when I went to file my claim the app got stuck loading. I gave up and went to the website.
1 ★Long time member of PetPlan (7 years) and the coverage and customer service is always great. New app, New website/account portal is absolutely not up to par. Emails don't even get answered which is 100% not the norm. Do yourself a favor and call them to speak to a live customer service representative and get the fabulous customer service the company has always provided. NOT a fan of the new communication/technology system.
1 ★With everything to my knowledge the app is up to date and it loads slow! I got as far as submitting my invoice by taking a photo and it never went through. App gets stuck uploading every option.

The app is horrible no it does not work. No where to leave a message, I've informed them about stating on their automatic e-mails you get after spending time uploading them to change their out going email response. Have they ? Nope fall's on deaf ears. Can't use the app period I don't think they know what to do.

1 ★This app sucks!! I can never check the status of my claim and am constantly having to force stop the app for it still not to work. What's the point of having an app if it does not work??
1 ★This app is a total piece of garbage, they say it only takes 30 seconds to submit a claim but it takes me more like 15-20 minutes because the stupid app keeps crashing or spinning indefinitely. It takes me 5-10 tries to submit 1 claim, on average! That's utter nonsense. For that reason alone Id stay away from petplan. Healthy paws is much better.
