1 ★The app is still very buggy unfortunately. It also lacks a short tutorial to actually explain how to use it, which would have been ok if it were more intuitive to actually use. From what I could tell there were not many options to adjust my photo either e.g. resize/align/indicate where my features were, which made it hard to actually visualise the desired changes/filters the app is intended for.
1 ★If I could rate this zero I would. Can't try on styles. Colors are all super faded looking and barely noticeable. Just an overall trash app.
1 ★Whenever i used the "try a look on me" feauture and i uploaded or took a picture the app crashed instantly and i couldnt use it so it was basically useless, (i had the use my camera option on so it did have permission, and there was no reason for it to not work) i tried many times but couldn't, even turned on the "this app can determine your location using gps satellites" (im not sure why you would need that for me to use the try on looks feature) and it just dosent work.
1 ★Hilariously bad. As you might expect, this only works if you are light haired. It looks like what happens when you go over your hair with a coloured brush on photoshop and add a filter to it, except a human hand would remember not to colour in all the surroundings too! I even used a white background to give the app a chance. Might be fun for blondes though?
1 ★I have serious misgivings about this App quite apart from the fact that it doesn't actually work. The menus and selections are littered with misspellings, the menu flow is illogical, and the App succeeds at crashing quite spectacularly. I doubt very much that any professional L'Oreal employee would be, or indeed is, associated with this disastrous dogs-dinner of an App.
1 ★Downloaded the app because the l'oreal website said there would be more options. But after asking me questions about what kind of colour and treatment I wanted (questions which felt badly translated as they didn't always make sense), I was deposited at a home screen with a profile to take to my hairdresser 🙄🙄 and then the app crashed and now it won't open. So avoid, basically. I'm using Huawei phone with latest os (Sep 19)
1 ★I downloaded the app to use the "Try a look on me" feature. It didn't work. The camera was incredible laggy and you basically need to use a selfie stick to get your face in the tiny oval that is the face guide.There was also no instruction whatsoever as to how to use the app. Furthermore, the models and the hair overlays are horribly photoshopped.
1 ★What a disappointment!!! Now I understand the extremely low rating which I completely ignored, only because of this being 'L'Oreal' (a higher-priced brand which you expect more from...) It does not upload the picture properly. Also will not let your photo be properly centered in the face marker so the styles that are given for option are useless. Uninstalling.
1 ★ScAM????I actually found this in an article in Glamour. It was one of the writers top ten apps to try hair color/styles . what a waste . Yeah, it lets u grab a pic easy , after a download and allowing it access, then absolutely nothing .hmm.makes me wonder is it a front to listen /watch my phone info?? there's NO Way to try it on, so why do I have to allow access???DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!
1 ★Only can see color changes. No cuts or different styles. Even the coloring feature is pathetic.
1 ★Glitches galore, makes app impossible to use. Oval for placing face in the Try A Style is unnatural and forces you in a strange posing position. Keeps freezing, crashing, won't scroll through options, style option pictures don't load. etc. Is anyone even trying to fix these issues bc this has been a problem for MONTHS.
1 ★Not what it appeared to be- couldn't try other hairstyles, only colors and the color options didn't actually work very well
