2 ★Decided to try the app despite negative reviews... and true, it took multiple attempts reopening the app and trying different positions for the flashpay card to actually top up. Don't know if problem is with app or nfc on my Samsung S20+? But the app had strangely no problem charging my credit card though.

1 ★Not useful. App says its checking validity for top up and asked me to try again however it scans and shows my nets flashpay card balance. Been trying for 2 hours. Other than showing the card balance, its useless to me.

1 ★Very lousy app! Always can't detect card, and everytime need to enter cc detail again for top up, no user friendly.

2 ★The app senses the card before payment very easily, but once the money is transferred it womt sense the very same card. It takes upto 20 minutes to read and top up the card. Very poor.

2 ★Sometimes it works, sometime it doesn't. Keeps show "please wait while we are verifying your card validity for top up" have been using the same card to top up yet on certain times of need this msg keeps popping up

1 ★Used to be able to top up my card seamlessly. Can detect my card via NFC quickly, but when I click on top up, it says it needs time to verify my card and never gets back....

1 ★Following typical inept NETS design, extremely limited history (too stupid to pull from central DB). Can't tell what account ATU is tied to. Can't deregister ATU. Can't store card and inform you when it's FINALLY deregistered.

2 ★It doesnt do topup properly first time. Had to restart the app again. The ad banner at the bottom keeps getting clicked and takes me to a browser. Very bad design. Very poor experience using the app

2 ★Still have a lot of lagging. The auto top up is a big time flaw. The auto top up can only be reload after 3days from current top up. That was a joke. Why do you call AUTO when there is a specific time to reloading.

2 ★I failed to top up card today. Remarks is network connection failed but my network is working well. Other times, top up duration took longer time. Always fail to detect card.

1 ★Very buggy, made three attempts to top up across the week, only one was successful. And the top up went thru only after 15 mins. Unimpressed.
