Description

MHQ application enables adult smokers 21 years of age or older, who are enrolled in the Marlboro Rewards program, to scan and enter reward codes found on their packs for points. These points may be redeemed in the application for rewards.

MHQ also simplifies the mobile coupon experience for adult smokers 21+. Adult smokers 21+ can easily access mobile coupons on their phone and locate a store where they can redeem the coupon. Push notifications can be turned on to receive reminders of when mobile coupons are available for use.

Only one mobile coupon may be redeemed per day, per eligible smoker 21 years of age or older. Mobile coupons are void in MA and where prohibited and subject to change or cancellation without notice.

5 ★Great app for putting in points or redeaming them. But not so good for getting the free points from the websight. i.e.watching videos for 150 free points. So for free points use the site, but otherwise use the app its easier.

1 ★You guys have been told that there is a bad issue with your code reader and yet you refuse to fix the problem. You have been notified both by email as well as by phone about the reader not accepting the codes I still have over 30 codes that I have NOT been able to add for the past few months.

4 ★Was working flawlessly, I don't smoke this brand of cigarette but a lot of my friends do and they save their points for me and I have enough to put in for the next 3 months and by then I'll probably have another 6 months to input for points.

1 ★I was having a wonderful experience but then all the sudden it quit taking my pin and after that it quit taking my password so I had to go through the whole sign up every time and now it won't give me any coupons

2 ★App is slow. Videos buffering, problem with logging in sometimes, logs you out for no reason sometimes, but easy to use.

1 ★Too bad Marlboro (MHQ?) won't manage their electronic presence. I've visited the site a few times in the last couple years and on all occasions it was time-sunk. And so now I'm, like, totes puzzled at the domain/site outage, as I'd been led to believe modern business entities were aware the import of managing theie digital real-estate. ...Sssso, yeah!... no need for app since the other half of the equation is defunct.

1 ★Can't give less than one star they give you what they want you to have and then tell you you can't get a refund on your points take my advice quit smoking or change brands but saving those points is worthless make sure when you're ordering that the app doesn't change your order before you hit the button

1 ★I cannot use my coupons because the app never works. It's very frustrating. I wish they would improve the app. I don't understand the point of giving digital coupons if you cannot access the app.

5 ★These prizes are very high end pieces! I'm trying to get all 5 Zippo lighters and the electric insert! Had 3 and they got stolen from me. Got to start all over. Any ways the stuff is great! Dart board Awesome!! Btw

5 ★I love that I can use the codes from my cigarettes and get points to use for rewards, prizes and such. It really does help especially if you dont have much money left until payday and you can use the coupons and get $1.50 off a pack of ciggs.

5 ★This app is awesome! It's so easy to use the app but the only problem I have is when I go to the website, it keeps saying my password is wrong and won't let me reset it.
