5 ★Just purchased, just starting monitoring, down loaded app and turned meter on and synced. I wasn't sure what I was doing and took couple tries but synced once I followed directions. I am using Galaxy A70. Once I start using app with readings, I will update this . Update I have been using the app for about a month. I found if I open app then minimize it, then press OK on monitor as it is booting up, tap app to open it. Both will sync. Give it a few seconds. I upgraded to 5 stars...
1 ★Why does the app need to know my location to be able to sync with Bluetooth? If I turn off Location Permission I can't sync with the meter. Update - this app still sucks. A billion dollar pharma company can't put together an app that isn't glitchy. What a joke.
5 ★The reports generated by the app are incredibly detailed and easy to read. My physician and dietician loves them. The flexibility in the way the range and data can be presented makes it a stellar performer. Also, it revealed that I'm not a diabetic.
5 ★Generally favorable b/c the app performs as expected. Minor drawback is that it occasionally fails to sync with the glucose meter via bluetooth and it is hard to sync on demand. It sometimes takes 2 or more attempts to sync successfully.
5 ★I love this app it is so easy to use, helps me keep everything together for the dr to see. And I can see what needs to do to be adjusted, to live a healthier lifestyle
3 ★Your latest update makes it so I can't log in. I love the app, but this setback is inconvenient to say the least. Please fix it. Reply: If you are suggesting customer service because I may have forgotten my password, I can assure you that is not the issue.
5 ★At first the meter wouldn't sync and then I discovered after my reading to press the ok button and it works every time. That was the key and I love it.
3 ★When it works, it's great and super convenient. Unfortunately, it breaks often, either signing me out and not allowing me to sign back in for days, or no longer recognizing my password, or not syncing.
4 ★Good app, but syncing still needs to be fixed. I have to turn phone on first and manually restart the device to get syncing to happen. The app is still having issues with connecting, otherwise is good
4 ★Been really enjoying the app. Makes tracking my glucose levels so easy... but it is not graveyard shift friendly when it comes to setting times... overnight ALWAYS starts at midnight when my overnight is more like noon. Devs please update that so my times can be reflected more accurately.
5 ★Great. This app does everything I expected. It motivates me to work harder at controlling my diabetes. It warns me when I'm getting off track. I can make notes about each meal. Then I know eat it, or don't eat it.
1 ★Ever since 11/20 update cannot sync. Also cannot enter decimal for a1c. Now wont accept password even after resetting. 0 stars. Also worse cistomer service ever. Agent kept saying "Don't worry". Had to repeat everything over. Still no joy.
