½ sdt merica bubuk

2 butir telur ayam, kocok lepas
100 gram tepung terigu
100 gram tepung kanji
Minyak goreng secukupnya
1 sdm wijen
Bahan Saus Lemon:
250 ml air
3 sdm perasan air jeruk lemon
1 ruas jari jahe, parut
2 sdm gula pasir
1 sdm madu
½ sdt garam
1 sdm tepung maizena
Cara membuat
Lumuri daging ayam yang sudah dipotong dengan air jeruk nipis, garam, merica, bawang putih dan kecap ikan. Diamkan sekitar 15 menit agar bumbu meresap
Campurkan tepung terigu dengan tepung kanji hingga rata
Celupkan ayam dalam telur yang sudah dikocok, kemudian gulingkan dalam campuran tepung terigu dan tepung kanji. Ulangi hingga potongan ayam habis.
Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat, sisihkan.
Masak air bersama dengan parutan jahe, air perasan jeruk nipis, gula, madu dan garam hingga mendidih.
Masukkan tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan sedikit air, aduk rata
Masukkan ayam yang sudah digoreng ke dalam campuran saus, aduk hingga mengental. Angkat
