2 ★I selected an item for return, then I left the screen and when I wanted to return to select again the item for return I cannot do that, the option is unavailable! CAN YOU FIX THIS BUG IN THE APPLICATION????
4 ★I like Zalando Lounge's system and the quality of the offers. The app is good, clear, and excellent for interaction but has the same problem as others apps: A fixed language to a region. I live in the Netherlands, but I don't speak Dutch yet. Then, sometimes it is tough to interact with the app, specially in the payment process. One thing I dislike is the relation between the delivery rates and times. It should be free, cheaper, or have alternatives because the delivery can takes time.
5 ★A very good place to find deals and good quality clothes and other products. It isn't always perfect, like when they canceled one of my orders but that was because of out of stock t shirt and they didn't have much control of that. But when it isn't that I would really recommend zalando lounge. They have better deals than their sibling store zalando, but that is because they are still different. All in all both is good
4 ★Overall works well, but it could use more filters. Right now it has less filters than the main Zalando app.
2 ★Great offers at the start. I initially I rated it 5 stars now Only 2. Very Very poor customer service. They sent me the wrong size jeans which isn't the problem. Almost impossible to get a refund. It took 1 Month after the jeans were tracked back and half a dozen emails to get my refund. 1 month to get a refund. Extremely poor and will not be using them again
4 ★Often good selection and deals...the delivery is quite high. App works well.
4 ★App is really great but is lacking one essencial feature that is avoiding people from ordering more products... which is the option to change language, for example I'm living in Poland and I want to switch to English so I'm able to understand every section of the buying process but it's not possible. This would be a great addition to the app and help many people buying products because there is tempting products at tempting prices!
3 ★Registers clicks too easily. I accidentally get clicked into a tab while scrolling extremely often. Never had this problem with anything else. A major complaint is that there is no search function and as a "power user" I feel really restricted. I would love to be able to browse every item in the store and then filter to my liking. Makes it so much easier to find stuff. Takes me a couple of minutes to browse through ASOS for what I like with their thousands upon thousands of clothes.
1 ★This is a frustrating experience. First, I cancelled a smaller order because I needed to add stuff. (Day 3, no refund) Then, I gave another order, 3* times worthy of the first one. While paying, the app charged me twice and created a duplicate order. I canceled the duplicate order and started to wait for the delivery and refunds from 2 prev. canceled orders. Today I checked the app and saw that my main order was canceled by them, full of birthday&christmas gifts. l'm without gifts and money!!!
1 ★Yes, you can make some good deals, but that's it. The experience of browsing through the products is awful since you often have more than 500 products per category but while scrolling there are only 2-4 products on your screen. And the customer service is catastrophic. They will cancel parts of your order without informing you. Their "explanation" is that they offer products that they can't guarantee to get from their suppliers. So you wait for products for a month only to have some cancelled.
3 ★Overall good app, but as others say: 1. the search and filter functions could be better, and make it easy to narrow down the options and find exactly what I'm looking for, and the shipping fee is annoying considering that most online retailers ship for free (at least above a spend threshold).
3 ★It's good app for brand items with discounts. Have found great stuff and amazing gifts. But it is really annoying that I cant search for what I'm interested in, instead have to scroll trough everything. And even tho things could get sold out easily, I would like to have favorites list, as all apps and websites.
