The departure monitor always keeps you informed about current disruptions, delays, and scheduled departure times at your desired stop. Save your most important stations as favourites. Here you will also find the right platform or stand for buses or trams.
🎟️ Deutschlandticket, subscriptions, and other MVG mobile tickets for the entire MVV area
From the stripe ticket to day tickets to the IsarCard weekly and monthly tickets. With the ticket widget, you always have quick access to your tickets. Personalised MVV subscriptions, job ticket, 49 euro ticket, and subscriptions for students, apprentices, and volunteers are also available as digital tickets in the app.

3 ★Ich wurde in der U-Bahn kontrolliert und die App hat "ein Update gebraucht" und konnte deswegen keine Tickets anzeigen. Zum Glück hatte ich ausreichend Netzverbindung und der Kontrolleur hatte ausreichend Geduld. Das nächste Mal könnte es anders laufen. Eine App, die bei Funktionsstörungen zu Strafen für den Nutzer führen kann, sollte viel robuster und rückwärtskompatibler sein. Auch ohne das letzte Update sollte die App gültige Tickets anzeigen können.
2 ★The app feels clunky and not responsive to use. Favorite destinations can't be custom sorted. Also when searching for a trip suggested stops based on current location would be nice. Typing out half of a stations name when in a hurry can be quite frustrating, especially since loading times are horrible and there is zero tolerance for typos. The older mvg fahrinfo felt much more intuitive and streamlined. Also the determined routes are often not optimal and walk times are just wrong (200m=6min??)

1 ★I'd give 9 stars if possible... Still no improvement, still not real time data when it comes to canceled Co nections! Seriously, MVG/SWM? Well, I get it that MVG is not capable of driving treir trains and busses according to the schedule, but what I do not get is that this app does not reflect this story state of the public transport here, but still shows imaginary dropped connections as being real and on time! How can you even plan your trip with this!

1 ★I thought this app could not be worse. Brought a subscription ticket on the app and waiting for 3 days for it to be added to the app. Calling there customer care and sending email to support team has not helped. Waiting for 3 days for a 30 day ticket is unacceptable. I am paying for the unusable ticket. Useless is a understatement.
2 ★As of the recent update, the app has become quite unusable for me. I used to check the departure times by tapping the stop icon on the map, but this no longer works since now there's a tiny separate icon for each separate stop in addition to one larger icon for all the stops in the area, and they all obscure one another randomly, stealing taps. Add mobility points on top of that (literally), and I'm completely unable to check when my U-Bahn is due.
1 ★Not possible to switch between different credit cards (i.e. business or personal) using the app because the payment method is stored in the SWM user account page. Therefore everytime I want to change the credit card to be used I need to get out of the app, open a browser, login to SWM and change the default payment method to eithe business or personal credit card. Then go back to MVGO app and purchase the tickets. This is nonsense. I already raised this to customer service but no solution yet
1 ★The app itself is fine, but the number of times it has given incorrect information is really frustrating. Often it will say trains are cancelled and then they turn up, or that a train is on time that then is late and I miss my connection. It is basically completely unreliable for live information, and this is the while point of the app. I have been using it for around 6 months, and I miss train connections every week because it gives the wrong information.
