ELARI SafeFamily is a universal parent application for the ELARI children's ecosystem. The application controls ELARI Smart Kid’s watches-phones, as well as the KidGram child's messenger compatible with Telegram, which is available on 4G models of ELARI watches and (soon!) as a separate application for smartphones and tablets.What is Kidgram?
KidGram is a very important service for loving and caring parents.
This is the messenger that gives children access to content and the ability to communicate on Telegram with your approval.
In KidGram, a child can communicate only with those contacts and subscribe only to those channels that are allowed by adults. Realizing that loving parents, if they wish, will be able to watch any chat.
Friendly interface, high ease of use, ELARI online support via chat within the application or by phone - all this makes taking care of those you care about a simple task!
By connecting the ELARI Kid's watch-phone to the free ELARI SafeFamily application, you can:
• Customize contact list on Kid’s watch
• Track your child's location with the watch
• Set the frequency of updating the geolocation
• Remotely set alarms
• Remotely receive a record of the situation around the watch
• Set permitted geofences – a virtual area that is indicated around the child's usual locations: school, home and etc. If the child is outside the specified area, you will receive a notification
• Invite family and friends to track the location of the child communicate with child
• Receive SOS alerts from the watch in case of emergency: along with the alert, you'll receive your child's location, as well as an audio recording from the watch's microphone.
The ELARI SafeFamily application allows you to manage the KidGram messenger on flagship models of ELARI watches (and on any smartphone or tablet soon). All the functions are available to you in the free BETA version:
• Be a friend and mentor to your child! The KidGram service will allow you to communicate with your child through your Telegram account and share good content with him, including links to groups, Telegram channels and specific YouTube videos.
• Control children's communication and content. Through the ELARI SafeFamily application, you choose and always see the list of contacts, groups and channels to which the child has access, as well as message statistics for the period. Links to web pages will be inactive, so the child will not be able to go to a questionable site
• Disable or allow searches for contacts and content. Through the ELARI SafeFamily application, you can enable or disable the search for new channels or contacts from the Telegram world. But even if the search is allowed, the child will not be able to add a new contact or watch / subscribe to the channel without your approval.

1 ★This app is useless. It is not possible to change time, GPS tracking is showing that kid is 3 km away from his current location... If you can make a watch you should be able to make application that works... Reply that I got from your technical support is also useless. Next time please include "make sure that watch battery is not dry". What a waste of time and money... Cheap watch, cheaper suport. Do not buy this watch...
2 ★Location is working badly
1 ★After three days of usage verdict - getting worse every next day. 1. "Take of from hand" watch sensor most of time it does nothing and not detect watch removal at all, and these few times, when I got warning, watch was either on the hand or was laying on the table for long time already; 2. Voice messages sending fails most of the time; 3. Safe zone solution is slow - warning delays and kid is already ~5 km away from outer line when you notice event. 4. App keeps repeatedly spamming messages from previous day events, and prevents to delete some of these messages with popup "unauthorized". 5. When in the app interface I tried to respond to the SOS or safezone location exit message, it does not shows child location on the full map and you must return to home screen with this tiny map window. 6. GPS/GSM location is extremely incorrect (0,5-3 km error). 7. History shows non visited places on the map. 8. Listen function fails to connect and ends with "Watch will call number soon" and nothing.
1 ★Not able to open the app!!! Not able to call the child through the app!!! When trying to open the app I see only the advertisement about elari pods... awful!!!! Receive error message that the child's watch "is offline"! Please, fix it!!! Fix all! Trash this application. The device is offline all day long! It's impossible! Your app is a poor trash! Sorry, but it's impossible to use the watch with this app! I do not recommend!!!
5 ★Absolutely exceptional piece of equipment, I studied kids smart watches and their functions for weeks before settling on the Elari model. WOW. It's perfect. Voice and video calls very good quality and loud. GPS search v good. And the ultimate spy function "listen in" without the child knowing.
1 ★no verification code recived trough SMS no other way to activate the app and scan the QR code on the watch (kidphone 3) to connect the watch with this stuipd bad app. Bad customr service bad english on their site avoid no other way provided to just register on their app at least let do thorugh email only the has data let connect with my phone through data also the watch can make call directly to other phones will return the watch bug mistake buying it already did contact ur support..
4 ★We have an issue with the switch on/off sound. It does not goes off when all the other sounds are off. The watch switches on/off by itself when synchronizes with the phone. It happens during class and is very irritating.
4 ★Everything works, but there are some anoying UI problems. The button SEND is so invisible that I often automatically push the button with the smile instead. And this action delete all my previous text. So sad.
1 ★Option to lock turning off smart watch in aplication and only communication is with sim card network!!!! It is loosing network too often (sim card is good, new, network perfect) so you can't reset watch until battery dies! It needs wifi connection for cases like this. Also, location accuracy is very bad.
4 ★The app is a bit slow and giving errors too many times...but I am enjoying it. There is still place for improvement but for what is offered now on the market- it does the job !
1 ★I am not able to register in the app. Unknown internet error message is displayed, however the internet connection is stable. There is no way to register on the ofgicial web site. Tool tips on the registration form are missleading.
5 ★I couldn't change the language on the elari watch but the customer service were extremely helpful and showed me how to do it step by step. I highly recommend the watch, app and customer service.
