Transport Malta through this app can reach the end users in providing real time information on traffic flow, reporting of accidents and notify end users on any road works underway. The App will be using the device’s current location to load Transport related information in the vicinity, and load additional geospatial data available ie TenT Network, Charging Pillars location, Cycle Lanes, Accident Locations and Roadworks. The map incorporates real-time traffic updates, ensuring that users are aware of any delays or congestions on their routes. This realtime information is directly provided and verified by the Control Centre of Transport Malta. Users can view colour-coded overlays on the map provided by Google Map, indicating the possible current traffic conditions and potential areas of congestion.
