How to install ViCare APK on Android phone or tablet?

4 ★This application is getting better and better. BUT in the last version 2.13.0 I am getting an error: Firmware update error. Firmware update finished with errors. The next attempt will be started in 15 minutes. I am not able to change the temperature. It will jump back to previous setting. I have Vitotronic 200K HK3B. Please fix it.
1 ★I am disappointed at all with the app and Vito control module. Always has problems with connection to the server. Very poor functionality of this software. I regret that I have spend even my 1 euro on this equipment. Viessman has no experience with connectivity and IoT topics!! That's for sure not a Germany quality what you can think about. I do not recommend it. Do not install and not buy at this stage!!!! :(:(
1 ★Just installed the vitoconnect 100. Crazy setup for sure. Setup and app setup needs work to simplify. I have a good understanding of networking, so that made it a bit easier. The App , well useless i think. Very limited information. Lacks email, text, or push notifications for boiler errors etc.. Honesty i am scratching my head in disbelief. Since installed my vitocrossal 300 CUA, and programmed it , i know Viessman had a smart engineers. They need to talk to each other.
5 ★One year ago I used this app and it was not very good at all. I had to decomissiom some Vito connects I installed and even the one in my own home. I've given it a year and re installed mine and now I can say its much better and user friendly. All functions are now available that were missing previously, it's a shame it took so long but it is certainly a product I can re introduce to my customers with the 200w. Review from a long time viessmann installer.
1 ★was great, now it's a joke... never connects to boiler and where are the simple controls gone. Party mode ?? what if you just want to turn your heating on, no controls at all. terrible update...... 26.09.19 even after your updates still no way of just simply turning heating on or off. Terrible interface compared to how simple it was at the beginning , very confusing so not happy when I've spent over £4000 on new boiler system a simple control function to put the heating on would be nice ??
3 ★This app has been working fine up until the recent upgrade. I can now no longer access the home section, the control section for the boiler. Veissmann Germany need to look into this matter and offer a fix. I have been Intouch with technical who would be forwarding the issue to Germany. Like any app there good until they stop functioning and, this is usually when they upgrade.
4 ★A functional app. Programmable timers are easy to use and the main displays are ok in terms of the operation though not always explained, eg coloured ring around temp displays?, what is this. Would like to see boiler pressure more prominent on main display. FAQs are in German without any English translation?. More is needed to explain the heating curve. My slope was set at 2.2. Why?
3 ★App is nice, but a lot of information is missing. I would like to see: power consumption - electric and energy spending for hot water, floor heating, cooling,... Like to see longer weather conditions... to do the calculation after,... and do the statistics... To see cop... in graph Water pump adjusting throo app You must ensure connectivity,... after each shoot off I have to connect handle. Kind regards
3 ★Hi, I find the app quite useful and informative. As a suggestion for future releases, I would recommend to display at least 14 months in the consumption graph for the "month" view. In the current 13-month view it is never possible to compare last month's consumption with past year's.
3 ★Works well but many improvements can be done. For example user experience, after using a Nest thermostat app for years in the US this app seems of another age... In addition, we should be able to connect more than one location within the app. In other words, connecting multiple houses or appartment.
1 ★Just installed new Vitocrossal-199 CU3a and Large Vitocell. Love the boiler. I am quite disappointed with VICare by comparison. I want remote-control of full boiler User Interface from my phone- all features and functions. VICare is not full access to boiler controls. Useless unless you want to see local temperature. If you want to access boiler menus, make edits or change shift and slope for heating circuit or zone control - forget it. There are several 'VITOTROL PLUS apps available, all crashed my Samsung S7 Same comments from others confirming this. VITOTROL features is what I want. GREAT BOILER - REALLY INADEQUATE VICare application
3 ★Does the job. Last update improvement of the UI makes a sigificant step in the right direction. Really lacking is a pannable/zoomable graph (adjustable from 10 minutes to years) of the inside temperature along with the power (or gas consumption). Access to boiler adjustment is very limited.
