1 ★If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! Ever since it changed over to "myWalgreens" it has become a useless, frustrating, waste of time! Meds are showing insurance information needed when it's already on file! Some meds are missing from the list. Refill requests are not being relayed to my pharmacy. All of these app issues are causing a rift between customers & pharmacy staff, creating unnecessary phone calls, and taxing an already understaffed crew
3 ★Areas of this app are ok, the prescription section is unreliable. It is easy to refill once you can find it, BUT it isn't easy to find your script. It doesn't sort your oldest refillable script it will just port in your newest (the store does the same thing so I think this is in their actual system).. it also doesn't just remove non-refillable scrips so you have to sort through all scripts. Each new script is added and it makes the lists incredibly difficult when you have 20 scrips to sort
1 ★Fix this app please! What was the reason for the change? The old app worked fine, at least that one you could see what the status of your prescriptions were. This new one just says "failed to load" It's so annoying! What's the sense of having the app then? This review will probably fall on deaf ears as well.
1 ★Several medications are being filled when I did not select yet for all members in my household. Also will say i cannot order or says ready when delayed sometimes. Also, horrible issues signing into the app. Lots of error messages keep coming up. I sign in them it stays on the login page and the login button will say log out,, but i haven't been taken to the open app away from the log in screen.. I've updated and tried just re-downloading the app itself. Still have the same issues.
1 ★I have the fingerprint verification on my phone. The app recognizes it, sort of. It makes zero sense for this app to recognize my fingerprint because regardless of it, the app still asks for my username and password from time to time. The website is no better. I go to the website and it says hi to me using my name. So I am logged in, right? But as soon as I go to see prescription status, it sends me to a login screen. Ignorant and redundant. This has got to be very confusing to elderly people. But the thing is, I have rewritten this review multiple times in hopes someone of importance will read it and do something about this. I get replies, but nothing gets done. So this app is as worthless as anyone here responding and telling you they are sorry for your experience. I am a developer. I may not know how to fix this issue, but I do know it can be done. Walgreens just needs to want it to be done.
1 ★What a mess. Somehow my account split into two. Same name n phone number, but apparently 2 accounts now. Three calls to customer service n I have a big mess still. My app shows the one account that the cash rewards were moved off of because it was "closed" but I cannot access the one that shows my rewards. I am able to clip my coupons, but go into store and they don't apply. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to just quit Walgreen shopping, but I've got $50ish in rewards hanging somewhere 🙃😡
3 ★Refilling meds is cumbersome but passable. If it wasn't for the refill feature, I'd probably not have it installed to be honest. And they keep showing a vaccine tracker that can't be removed. Everything else is run of the mill. Pretty much everything else I can get elsewhere for cheaper.
1 ★Inaccurate information, stating "always check to ensure..." never saves log in for the app, even when you click "save login and password." Even if the email and password are valid the app cycles and then states "the app is down -try again later!" Months later the app remains in the lower tier. From security to inflexibility in prescription refills it is easier to wait on hold for long periods by phone rather than use the app.
5 ★Great app. Smooth, easy to use and has all codes and coupons easily displayed. Only flaw is, seeing "Covid" all over the place, even if you try to turn it off. Sick and tired of seeing those ads on everything humanly possible, for over a year.
3 ★Great Overall. It has glitched on one occasion where I ordered some maintenance medications through the app earlier this year for 1-2 day delivery and they never came and the store could not figure out how it happened. Overall the app is great for getting 1 hour photos, medications, coupons, I have no serious concerns.
3 ★I do like this app ... BUT I don't like how it does not differentiate between the date you have "filled" a prescription and the date it was physically picked up. So I end up having to call the pharmacy anyway because it will say something is READY FOR PICKUP .... and then when I get there, it's too early to fill. So going by the date on the bottle is kind of useless.
2 ★It is the most difficult app to order from I have ever known. Trying to find all the coupons for the one items is a headache. All the coupons including the just for you should be in the same place. The app freezing too much. I have to constantly put my cc info everytime, even if I saved it.
