1 ★this app doesn't let me do anything except view my insurance card. I could see how that could be useful for some but I have my physical card right in front of me. I wanted to see what my options were for doctors but it doesn't work. sad.
5 ★This app actually tells me everything i need to know about my policy and my claims.i can see how much ive paid towards my deductible and how much is left.its so easy to use and understand.
1 ★It would make perfect sense if you were able use this app for all accounts medical, dental, vision and prescriptions. It would also be helpful to view all of your claims and pay what is owed from this app. It's very complicated to use so many different apps for each entity and to login to so many different websites just to see your over all benefits and claims etc. With technology these days we should be able to view, pay, etc. in just one app and just one website for all benefits you have.
1 ★The app never seems to work. When I was looking for a doctor, using the search method, I kept getting a network error. I tried with & without wifi to see if that helped, it didn't (shocker). Most recently I tried to log in (multiple times throughout the last week), and I'm being told i don't have an eligible plan (when i most certainly do). I'm just going to stick to the website, since it's faster than the app.
1 ★Search (for a provider or facility) doesn't work & hasn't since I downloaded this app a week ago. The contact page doesn't list hours of operation so when you call the tech support number, you go through 3+ minutes of automated options, then get told to call back during normal business hours. I sent an email to tech support a week ago & have not received a response yet.
2 ★Unable to obtain correct Rx prices. Figures totally wrong from amount given by the pharmacy and also UHC. UHC customer support was unable to log on to this app with their password, even though it was correct, so they couldn't check it themselves. So frustrating trying to compare prices when you're sick and just need to fill a prescription. Wish there was an easier way in the land of the free. Not very helpful. Needs a bit more work.
2 ★I downloaded this app to try to help me with my insurance plan. Upon registering in logging in, I found that none of their services are available... Everything I selected told me that I needed to try again later. This has gone on for longer than it just being a network issue. I'm keeping the app on my phone because it is but a necessity if it works. I hope that happens soon
2 ★They keep changing things... about the only consistently functioning bit is the live ID cards, which works ~ 80% of the time. Currently, I can see all claims *except* pharmacy claims for others, in the app. I can see, for example, my wife's doctor visits, but not her pharmacy claims. in a previous version, i could *only* see pharmacy claims. Since the website works perfectly and allows me to see all claims, it's clearly not a privacy issue. Perhaps they need to hire competent developers...
1 ★I have never been able to use this app. I set up an account, logged in once, the next time I logged in it said my username and password didn't match. Tried to reset my password, when I entered the captcha phrase three times it tells me my account is locked. When I called the number provided by the app for support they tell me they cannot reset my password because my phone number is not on file. My employer and UHC say my phone number is on file. Have gone through this 6 times. I just want to see my claims! Never got the option for them to come via USPS mail!
2 ★It's alright. I wish it displayed what I owe on the home screen instead of having to go into every claim. I also can't get the Fitbit sync to work. It's best expressed as a simple word problem. Q: My stride length is approximately 3.5 feet. If I login, grant permission to Health4Me to see my device, get the pin, enter the pin as prompted, receive no errors, and then run 5 miles, how many steps will Health4Me show I've taken? A: 0 Why: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
4 ★It's good for what I need it for but I nearly had a heart attack when I opened the app and saw that my deductible wasn't met anymore. Turns out that it defaults to showing the family deductible rather than my deductible. It would be nice to choose which to show when the app starts up rather than having to click the link to see my personal deductible.
1 ★This app collects what seems like, unnecessary info ( including camera usage, dialer usage, screen usage, and memory) with no reasonable explanation given. Uninstalled.
