2 ★There's no order to pick up. It's getting worse and worser. Even though i am schedule theres no work. The pay is low not like when I first started. The pay is high and there was a lot more jobs a lot busier. Don't Know what happened. I could wait over 2 hours in a hotspot and theres nothing and im schedule too. Is it because theres more people working and lesser jobs? Theres a lot more jobs Working for Postmates and you don't need to have a schedule.

1 ★Live chat is only available if there not busy it's possible you can be stuck with an order for 45 minutes also you can have an order and it disappears without anyone telling you anything you have to contact them and they will respond 24 hours later with a solution possibly. Uber eats is where you make the money

1 ★Worse experience I ever had!! Caviar doesn't pay for working for them. I started to work for Caviar. 1/16/19-1/20/2019.19 jobs + $10 bonus. I made $166.82 I never got paid. I email courier suport & They never explain what's the problem or anything. I never had problems working for other companies using the same account. For direct deposit. I email support 10 times never got a response. Its been a month and still haven't gotten paid. This the worse cause. Caviar don't want to pay me.
1 ★What awful people. They do not honor the incentives promised to drivers. Email resposnce takes days. And if they dont get it right, and they usually dont, you have to email them again and wait another day. This becomes super annoying and frustrated. But thats what they want so you give uo. They still owe me money and act like they dont. And forget about their chat feature. Most of the time its AI. Copy and paste robots. Overall, watch out for these people.
1 ★"Redesigned new orders screen and payout dialog for a more detailed earnings breakdown..." - no map on the home screen anymore. Hence, no idea if you are in or close to delivery service area. Hence, no wish to go online anymore. Please, bring the map with a delivery zone back to the home screen. And please, give an option to silence annoying notifications.
1 ★Rubbish , Very disappointed with this app, they're such a swindlers, they wasted my time like emailing back and forth about a week , also they force you to buy the Equipment first and then ,they check your background, if you dont get approval, you'll lose your money, time . I didn't get a approval, because of simple driving tickets , first delivery company I had trouble with it. they need to do a background check first, then they force you to buy Equipment. This is kind of stealing money from couriers. Dont try it guys.

2 ★why everytime there is a new update caviar makes it worse? after i exit the map it starts alerting me for mo reason. not only is it annoying for me but the people around me as well. please please please fix this problem! it is confusing because i think i am getting an order every time and it is very annoying because its keeps alerting me for no reason. sometimes im ignoring it because i know its nothing and then i look at my screen and i have an order. it is making me miss deliveries.
1 ★Newest update is bad and useless everything in the update is already in the app. However one of the most useful features was removed, the map, which shows zones and out of bounds regions, can't believe you removed a map from a delivery service app, and replaced it with what is already in the app. I don't get it.
