1 ★The screen is practically used by MB trying to sell you a package, or renew. Half the responses appear bogus with no real mobile number. Interface is not friendly.... Very sad app
1 ★Very bad experience for using magicricks.. sales executive will ask for premium package.. and they have so many buyers before taking there premium packages. Once you got the package you done even get any single buyer for your property. And sales executive will not pickup your call or not even respond on WhatsApp masages. They are concerned about there incentives. After that they are not bothered for your property.
1 ★Pathetic, The minute I register with my no. My phone kept on ringing, random sellers, investors, builder xyz keep on calling, this app is so untrustworthy I think they sell their clients database. Uninstalled but still the calls hv'nt stopped yet, while typing this review got two more calls
5 ★It is overall a very good app with many properties posted and has a very smooth background running. The app is perfect for dealers and builders.
1 ★Prime membership for property search? Are you guys serious? You should fire that person who gave you this redecules idea. Why do you think someone who is trying to buy a property will subscribe to your yearly membership? It is just one time search for them. Moreover, you guys have listed many fake properties which I found out after calling the real owner. For example, 3bhk flat in bally lake county. Either you guys are dumb or you think your customers are idiot. Anyway, I've uninstalled it.
1 ★I was subscribed to a prime member which is just waste of money. You will never get your desired property by any of the RELATION MANAGER. They will send the link of the same house which you can see in the app without being a prime member. When you call up to ask for refund, they will never return your money and say there isn't any fault from their end. Be careful guys, they are scammers but reputed scammers.
2 ★Asks too many questions after installation. Can't search a property without entering the specific location in the city. Irritating search options
1 ★In spite of paying for the prime membership,it does not work. I deleted the app,reinstalled and logged in again, but no use.. still keeps telling me to sign up... pathetic. They are looters. Do not pay for their prime membership. It is a spam.
1 ★The app doesn't give accurate information about the responses we get for the property that is posted also there is no use of buying any package with Magic bricks .It is totally useless and waste of money . We do not get any response from tenants even after buying the package. No broker is far better than Magic bricks.
3 ★Since last two days I am asking for contact details for shortlisted properties through app, neither able to get OTP for verification nor receive the details through sms Or mails.. Please check and update your app..
