2 ★Major pain to sign up and log in. Super frustrating that the instructor can't be muted even when the volume goes to zero, makes it impossible to listen to podcasts while watching.
1 ★what a disappointment this digital service sucks compared to wellhub. So saddened that IMG Academy downgraded so badly I won't even use this awful service. Gotta pay $35 to go to a gym with this garbage...... WHAT A JOKE employers should be using wellhub a way better value and service!!!

3 ★Difficulty with buttons at top & bottom of app on Google Pixel phone. Can't share & engage very well. Buttons need to be lowered & raised accordingly so all app users can enjoy full functionality.
1 ★Major disappointment, almost worthless. My employer recently "partnered" with this company as a so-called employee benefit. I'm quite sure Pear Health Labs is largely profiting from this deal while the employees receive little if any benefit and are required to upgrade for more money to get any gym access. Ridiculous!!

I also clicked the email for community & my email came back undeliverable. Not impressed with something that doesn't work right off the bat. I have cancelled my subscription.
1 ★I'm so disappointed in this app, which has turned into a scam. I had been an enthusiastic subscriber for 5 yrs, but they are now very underhand about subscriptions. There is no way to find out how much my renewal fee is (they don't tell you, it isnt on the app or website and I've emailed 3 times, and each time been pro used a response but been ignored). One can only assume this is an underhand way to run the clock down on my chance to cancel in time. Can't cancel without a response! SCAM
