Welkom bij Nijhuis Bouw B.V.Of het nu gaat om (sociale) woningbouw, het ontwikkelen van een nieuwe woonwijk, het herindelen van bestaande wijken of groot onderhoud. Bouwen is mensenwerk. Dat geldt voor Nijhuis al ruim 100 jaar. Variërend van de bouw van sociale huur- en koopwoningen tot bedrijven, appartementen en villa’s in de vrije sector. De cultuur van ons (van oorsprong) familiebedrijf zorgt ervoor dat wij dit op een open en betrokken manier doen. Vertrouwd en tegelijkertijd vernieuwend. Dit doen wij graag in samenwerking met corporaties, gemeenten en andere partijen. Met onze expertise en ervaring leveren wij een volwaardige inbreng bij complexe projectontwikkeling, vanaf de initiatieffase tot en met de opleverings- en nazorgfase.
