4 ★Good day. I'm not sure what's happened but it now works perfectly. And no I did not go to the website to have the items removed when I re opened the app today I could remove items previously in cart which I couldn't access before. Thank you for the fix.
1 ★I dont reccomend Loot at all. Unprofessional Very bad customer care. No feedback on emails. Struggling to get back refund on ordered goods, which was in stock according to Loot when I ordered, but week later out of stock. Now I am still waiting for refund, though it should have been done in 5 days. Very bad experience with Loot
1 ★Poor performing app! I've been given the complete runaround by Loot staff because of an inferior app. I selected door to door delivery, yet their systems claim I chose post office delivery. Why then, did I get charged for door to door? My delivery is stuck at the post office, which I am unable to collect due to unforeseen circumstances, but I am getting no support from Loot. All due to an app that did not collect my data properly... Next up, Hello Peter
2 ★Does not sync. If you shopped on website and go to app, its not the same. More than willing to try and help resolve this problem (even if it means that your developers and I need to schedule a meeting). Loot offers great prices and if this is fixed, will gladly upgrade my grading...
1 ★I'm shocked that this app made it passed QA. Randomly get logged out, items in the basket disappear and previously searched AND FOUND items no longer display in the search results. Takealot may be more expensive but even free shipping isn't enough to get me to use this app in this state. Highly unimpressed
1 ★Disappointing, i have been trying to log on to the app since black Friday the 29 November. Initially I thought it was a network problem switched my off then on. The problem persisted i uninstalled then installed the app again I am now a day after the event and i am still unable to login nor even to view their specials. Checking out also is a disappointment it never runs through
1 ★Out of 3 orders one was successful. And with this third and final order they want to send part of a set, when what they want to send is useless without the main part that is not being shipped. Customer support not replying to queries.
5 ★First time using Loot, I'll be using it again. Service was excellent after a bug fix during checkout.
2 ★Yes there has been some improvements but there is one thing that is discouraging me from using it... Some details are cut off (in reviews and product descriptions). There is no way to scroll and reveal the hidden details. Disappointing!
1 ★I bougt carpet and other items on loot. But the problem with their App it's not showing progress with your order. It just say Stock on order. I purchased this on the 19 June and today is the 18th of July and still no sms or indication that my items are on their way. This is frustrating really.
4 ★Top half of the screen is blue so you cant see all the products available. I've tried tapping on the blue part, but nothing happens. It's as though there is a "banner" on the top half. Update: i reinstalled the app and this fixed the issue.
