1 ★I had given this app a 2 star, but I've changed it to 1 star. It's a very boring app. You only get rewards that they give you and they aren't even what you buy. You gave to get over 12,000 points in order to get gift cards. I'm at 5,000 and most times I get lame surveys about we are listening or stores that I never been too. I'm going to be uninstalling. I wanted to get rewards that I can use, not sit around and do surveys that don't interest me. Thanks for some fun.
5 ★This app is great! I have gotten a few different offers that I actually used, and was able to get a decent meal, dessert included, for $5.21 from 2 different fast food places. Compared to what one would usually pay for, that's great. The surveys are so easy to complete, and they don't annoy you with survey after survey all day, every day.
5 ★I was skeptical at first but I've had for a few months and still getting surveys..not as frequently as when I first downloaded the app but enough to satisfy me. I ran into a issue where the location (AMC) wouldn't take the reward I earned and the code dissapeared from the app. I emailed SurveyMini and the contacted the Vendor and fixed the issue..and replaced my missing voucher at the same time on 2 separate occasions. Quick customer service! I definitely recommend this app!
1 ★This app is awful. I hadn't been receiving any surveys and wondered why. Location was on, has been on all the time. So then I see my points are gone, for who knows what reason, I assume as being inactive, but how can I be active if I'm not getting surveys and my location is on? I reinstalled and tried to login in again and now I can't even login to my account, and have reset the password numerous times. This is an utter failure app.
5 ★Addendum: I USED to love this app. It WAS great. After leaving a restaurant or store a prompt would popup for a survey on my experience. HOWEVER, as of late, like so many other customers that have this app. It is HORRIBLE. Messages keep popping up about this app is for a older version......etc. This is New phone and it has not worked one time with the new phone. I am curious as to whether SURVEY MINI might be just out of SURVEY MONEY$$$$.
1 ★I very seldom receive surveys, maybe one survey every 2 months. My daughter just downloaded this app and she receives 3-4 surveys a day. And yes, my location is on.
2 ★Used to be great...not so much now. After switching from an iPhone to a Samsung I have gotten zero surveys. I have used this app for YEARS and have redeemed over $100 in rewards, but suddenly it just takes up battery life and doesn't actually work. Customer support just tells me my signal is not consistent but I have had no problems with any other apps that use location services. Will be cashing in my points for what I can get and deleting my account.
1 ★Had this app several months and built up to 2 pound. Not had a survey in over a month.. My phone always notifying me this app uses lots of battery and works in background with location. So.. Wasting my battery.. Not going to be a drawable amount for maybe 3 years.. Don't bother.. Uninstalled.. Terrible app I'm on 45 survey sites and this gives me no satisfaction at all
1 ★I'm giving up on the frustration of this app. At first, it was "ok", you'd go through a drive thru and it would read you were there and give you a survey of say McDonald's . Lately this app has been frustrating to deal with. It gives a notification says " available survey", open the app, then huh, nothing. This has been repeatedly, get a notification sound, it's this app, then no surveys. Waste of my time.
1 ★It went well until I got to about 7,000 points. I thought I was on track to unlock some gift cards, but then the surveys stopped coming. After several months of no surveys, I contacted their support. Suddenly the surveys started coming again, but I was back to 0 points without ever having redeemed my points. So I did over 70 surveys for nothing. What a rip off.
1 ★Response to developer. I always keep up latest version & am Beta tester. I keep getting a warning on my phone about allowing SurveyMini to run is high battery user. I dont change to recommended battery optimization. I contacted support. They only went so far as to tell me that I must not have my data usage open because they didnt see the system having communication w/me. I sent them a screen shot of the setting & never heard from them again, like 4 mo ago. Human support service: ZERO stars
1 ★Unfortunately no matter where I went or what I did I never received surveys. Ever. After the app set-up "getting to know you" surveys and the initial test survey, I never received a single other survey. I emailed on two separate occasions and I was assured it would work and/or was working, but alas, it never did work for me. But for those who get the app working for them, the rewards are amazing! One of the best apps for rewards that I have seen out there!
