3 ★Hi Team, it is really a good ticket booking website but nowadays when I open to block the seats I am getting white blank screen and only the time is running off. I couldn't able to block the seat and book the movie. Since Sathyam is best theater I forcefully booking the tickets in bookmyshow. Plz look on to that and fix the issue. Thanks
4 ★They can add an option to have preference option and refund certain percentage of some money. The app isn't smooth enough , like it jammed up some times when i was boomjng tickets for end game using another account. Also i would like to add that they have to add a feature to guess the movie preference through history of films watched by customer And they could introduce loyalty program whicb would help people like me.
3 ★Great app with good layout but requires login everytime when i open the app, used BMS instead few times. Can you update app with other options like showtimes for the day and class options while booking ticket for a film as shown on. Bookmyshow, as we need to go to main page click number of tickets and showtime every time to check for availability.
1 ★After take over by PVR this app starts working very very poor not able to book tickets. I don't find the exact issue cas it doesn't tell the probs rather stopped working or not going to next step. noway I'm stopped looking Sathyam going forward will stop permanently. Instead of apologizing why don't you fix the issue permanently. I had seen all your reply comment stating that "we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience" but really you people are not working on it or not interested to fix it.
2 ★Mostly the app works fine. But, sometimes the seat selection page does not load properly. During peak load, the payment goes through but tickets not getting issued. Best to use the SPI cinemas website, which is consistent. App needs serious fix.
1 ★worst app I have ever seen, been trying to book tickets in nellore. Evry transaction is getting failed. If you cannot provide basic service, have the tickets in bookmyshow or in some other website which can at least show whether ur tickets or booked or not. I have made three transactions not able to see any update from ur website.
1 ★Most of the time i try to book tickets from this app the seats doesn't appear unless i logout and login one more time , today i booked 4 tickets from my dad's phone and i have received the message that amount has been debited but still no message of seat no and no ticket confirmation. I want refund of that money i have that text message of money debited towards Sathyam cinema's , and please fix those bugs on your app for god's sake .
2 ★This app is not working. Most of the times, it will show blank page while booking. Most of the users complain the same and why the admin is expecting to email the screen shot.. This is common problem for all. Moreover, now the app is not even working. Saying as contact customer care.
1 ★Team, I have installed the app. But I can't able to view the seats. After selected the rate the seat selection page is blank. Many times I have reinstalled the app. But again and again the same issue so I cannot able to use this app directly
2 ★The seat selection page does not load often times which the developers have failed to realize is THE reason we use this app. Also, the ticket selection always defaults to two tickets which I need to then manually change - why not give us the option to do so before selecting the seats? Get it sorted!
1 ★It "was" working well. Now, when I choose the movie, screen, show time and class of ticket, only an empty screen comes up. The seat layout doesn't load and I'm unable to choose/book my tickets. In the verge of uninstalling my most preferred movie ticket app. Do I get a Solution?
2 ★Off late I've been experiencing problems with this app. When I choose a show and go to the next window...the seats dont get displayed. Even if I quit the app and retry...or if I delete and redownload the app , this problem persists. Kindly fix it. It's getting very irritating.
