Mgamapagsamantala! + Poorly developed app...Tried to search for a parking butthe app insists that I must navigate to the parking location but I wasalready here... Lol!
1 ★Awful UI with unhelpful results. I don't need to know which parking lotsdon't have parking slots that can't be reserved or parking lots that don'thave rates in your database. If I did I would have just used Google maps.
1 ★Tried this for the first time today despite the exorbitant fees (Php100 for3 hours. That's twice the amount you would pay for in mall parking) and itwas AWFUL! After leaving our car with them, they gave us a card that had apost it on it with a mobile number that we were supposed to text 15 minsbefore. We told them where we would meet them. When we were ready to leave,I sent them a text. and went to the pick up point. More than 10 minuteslater, I called them. Five times and no one picked up. so we walked towhere we left the car. There were 3 Dibz staff sitting there and when wetold them we had been waiting for so long, they said they gave us the wrongcontact number. Imagine if we had waited longer! JUST EFFINGHAM AWFUL! I'MSPREADING THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. P.S. They don't issue receipts. Thiscompany needs to be reported to BIR.

3 ★Good: - Valet parking attendant was super nice - Dibz valet feature is convenient - promos are given Bad: - no guidelines/ instructions when i first installed the app - FAQs doesnt include instructions either -Takes a very long time to respond to inquiries. - Some inquiries are not replied to. (refer to my issue w/ the reloadable credit card i initially used to fund my dibz wallet) Improvement: - If the valet parking is not yet available, gray it out or include a status: "closed" and indicate the opening and closing time. -App users cannot keep on waiting for the "reserve" button to appear, include the time frame of availability -Initial installation should include guidelines on how to use the app. - Instructions should be included in the menu of the app. - A hotline number should be included in the app - when i was inquiring on how to fund my dibz wallet, i didnt get any resolution. make sure all the payment process are working and be sure to inform the user right away on which kind of credit card the app accepts. Overall, Dibz has a great concept, but there's certainly a big room for improvement.
