5 ★I love this app.. I've used it since my s87, then s8 now my note 9. And it work great every time.. you can back up on cloud or to a file and export. Its fast and accurate every time.. I know Google backs up.. but always good to have a separate system that was made just for that.. Give it a try - you'll be happy you did!!
1 ★You have to use Facebook or Google just to send your contacts to your email. I'm not doing that just to get my contacts.
2 ★Downgrading from a 5 to 2. When it came time to actually use my backup, it fell short. Retrieved 284 of 349 contacts. Not happy.

5 ★I think it's a most convienent Application on Play Store for mobile contact back-up. I have tried it before processing Factory Reset, and became so satisefied with it, this app have done it's job perfectly. Now have to see how it restores the backed-up contacts in mobile after Factory Reset. How is the way of restoring contact, that is have to see. So right now i am giving it 5-STARS, which can be change or will be as it is 5 if the contacts restoration process will be also as perfect as back-up.

1 ★Useless. The only way to backup contacts is to email them via your old device. What if your device is lost or stolen or broken? What's there point in having an account you can't access the same contacts via multiple devices? UGH.
1 ★Requires consent to upload full contact list to their service. Contact lists are highly valuable confidential information. This app should be able to provide its service fully offline.
5 ★Got there in the end not being as tech savvy as my son I took a little while for me to get all my contacts transferd from old phone to new but got there in the end.

3 ★Need to be able to save unused contacts. Some of my people are busy and I only contact a few times per year. I had to export those with another method because this app considered them unnecessary, and there was no option to change that.
