Taxi.de ist eine App, mit der Du einfach auf Knopfdruck eine Fahrt buchen kannst. Dabei kannst Du das anfahrende Fahrzeug und die Bewertungen des Fahrers sehen. Bezahlt werden kann einfach bar oder – je nach Stadt – auch per Kreditkarte.Taxi.de gibt es in Deutschland schon in mehr als 700 Städten. Ein Fahrzeug zu bestellen, ist kinderleicht. So funktioniert’s:
- Öffne die App und gib an, wo Du hinmöchtest.
- Die App verwendet Deinen Standort, damit Dein Fahrer weiß, wo er dich abholen soll.
- Du kannst auf der Karte den Weg Deines Fahrers zu dir live verfolgen und siehst alle Angaben zum Fahrzeug.
- Bezahlt werden kann bar oder per Kreditkarte.
Du kannst Deinen Fahrer nach der Fahrt bewerten und Feedback hinterlassen, um ihm und uns zu helfen, den Service noch besser zu gestalten. Außerdem schicken wir dir einen Beleg per E-Mail.
Die Taxi.de App arbeitet sowohl mit Taxizentralen, als auch Einzelwagenfahrern zusammen. Durch das Netzwerk der in den Zentralen eingesetzte Software, ist es technisch möglich Dir zum einen schneller ein Fahrzeug zur Verfügung zu stellen, als auch die Flächendeckung in nicht so stark besiedelten Gebieten zu gewährleisten.
