3 ★The app. Isn't current and prescription reminder doesn't work

1 ★Cant navigate it at all

2 ★Would be a 5, but I don't get the text alerts. They should also notify if they are not able to meet the agreed upon "ready by" time. My last fiasco was when I did not receive a notice I called. They told me it wouldn't be ready until xx/xx/xxxx. When I did not get a notice by then I called again and was told... guess what... it had been filled and ready to go by the first promised date!!

2 ★The app always takes several tries to open and then tells me to download some other market app. It also never loads when I click on prescription and always has an error whenever I try to click on the Shopko I want on the map and then I can't finish ordering my refill. This app is pointless!

2 ★The major thing that is putting me off of this is that I can't add my family. I'm not the only one who needs things from the pharmacy. I'm a busy parent. I don't mean to forget to refill or pickup my kids meds. Having an Rx reminder like this would be great for the family. But..... it's a solo app unfortunately.

4 ★Do not get the text alerts when the prescription is ready for pick-up and living 20 miniutes away this would be a nice feature. Being able to add family members to the acount would also be great. But overall the app does what I need it to do.

1 ★I quit using this app years ago figured id see if y'all cared enough to fix the lagging freezing there a ton wrong with this app. I recommend if anyone is thinking about getting it DONT ITS JUNK!

2 ★The previous version worked so much better. I can't tell when my prescriptions are ready anymore, I don't get my text alerts. Yesterday I logged in and it showed the script had been filled, when it should have said in progress as they had to order it in. We live 10 miles outside of town, so this is a huge frustration. They should go back to the other version. It looked a lot nicer, and functioned very well. This app has gone from being a hero to a zero! If it makes a difference, I have a galaxy s5.

2 ★Often won't open prescriptions until 2 to 4 tries. No ability to edit account information such as phone or email. Scan window is too small, won't scan 8 out of 10 attempts.

3 ★The new and "improved" app is anything but that. Filling perscriptions with the older version worked much better. Although I scan my prescription and it tells me it went through it doesn't appear to go to the Pharmacy. They never receive it.

1 ★Used to be pretty good. Now I can rarely login without an error coming up. Pain in the butt and waste of time time. Obviously this isn't a concern since it continually happens to people.

1 ★I was looking for high heel shoes for my graduation and I got a doll instead. I hate this app and am deleting this as soon as possible!!!
