語音及位置功能：只要申請長期照顧服務者在居所附近讀出【長者地區中心】或【長者鄰舍中心】，便可直接以電話連繫就近申請中心，方便怏捷。
影片專區：篩選合適的護老教育資料，並以影片播出，讓護老者更容易掌握照顧知識和技巧。
資料更新：因e護老App主要是以e護老網站中超連結其他相關網站而設計，而當中資料必定期更新以確保其實用性。
