Description
WorkZone allows you to access your employee and employee management portal on the go, from any location. Not only is WorkZone a tool for viewing workplace documents such as pay slips and company policies, employees can also perform activities such as submitting leave requests, timesheets and expenses. While managers can perform activities like approving leave requests, timesheets and expenses! All this and more, right from your phone!Key features include:
- Document Management: view and download pay slips. View and acknowledge company documents.
- Leave Management: view leave balances and leave history, submit leave requests to your manager for approval.
- Timesheet Management: view timesheet history, create and submit timesheets, clock in and out with photo capture and location tracking.
- Expense Management: view expense claim history, submit expenses to your manager for approval, photo capture receipts to attach to claims.
- Roster Management: view upcoming shifts, accept, decline and/or swap shifts with other employees. Bid on open shifts on a first in, best dressed basis. Notify your manager of any adhoc or recurring unavailability so that the roster is updated accordingly.
- Push Notifications: Receive a notification when a timesheet, leave request or expense claim is approved, pay slip is available, new shift assigned, a company document is available and requires acknowledgement or a shift has not been actioned within the cutoff time.
- Tell your employer how you feel with the confidential satisfaction survey.
- Employee Management: employee managers can approve or decline leave requests, timesheets and expenses. View roster shifts.

5 ★Very clear, simple, intuitive to use. I prefer filling in my timesheet after the day has been worked, otherwise I'm overcharging when I arrive 5 mins early and leave 10 mins late. Using the clock-in and out feature, if you forget to clock out, the whole shift gets voided anyway. So it's much easier to do your timesheet once a week than to remember to clock in and out each day, if you have consistent hours. Better than any other employment website I've used.
5 ★Works great. Responds well. Can apply for leave, download payslips etc. I like the way it blurs your income, so if you're showing a feature to someone, they won't see how much you've made unless you want them to. Can also link it to centrelink so they can see your earnings too. Takes the guess work out.
1 ★Keeps asking for pin and using fingerprint to login when first login but never works have to keep doing full login? Then after few days password not working.
1 ★Will submit time sheets and will be told their invalid (even if I entered the same thing last fortnite and it was fine) , will resubmit same shift multiple times and eventually it will except the shift and mark it as processing. Will ocationally generate random 130 hour shift that I didn't make or other time delete time sheets as I'm making them. I have deleted and redownloaded app multiple time and it's still a buggy mess, I hate pay days because of this app and the amount of time it wastes.
4 ★I get paid every week , so , not too bad
1 ★Started good, I could clock in my shift from my phone, somehow I couldn't after a few months use. I have even sent an email to them to seek for help. The reply I received was: not being able to clockin is what it is supposed to be. If your excuse of disabling that function is for authenticity of the person, you shouldn't access our location and forcing us to take photos when clocking in. The 1 - star rating is for accessibility of viewing roster and my payslips.
1 ★Doesn't sync, have to renter time sheets constantly, sees conflicts with other time sheets that dont even exist from 12 months ago before we started using it. Can't enter shifts that span over midnight, and can't stop a shift at 0.00 then start again at 0.00, have to make it 0.01 to cover shifts spanning over midnight.

1 ★Started out ok. But now i fill im my time sheet and it just disappears!? So i have to do it all again! It always stays on the 2nd attempt but it means i have to fill out a time sheet twice every day! Ive checked and im all up to date but if i delete the app and re install it i have to get all my details again! This is the reply i got from the SUPPORT email that YOU suggested i tried KeyPay is the payroll software provider only. You'll need to contact your payroll administrator or employer
2 ★If I can sync my roster onto my google calendar that would be great! There are too many steps within the app to check one simple thing. Not a huge fan of the layout of the roster either, would prefer to view shifts months compared to a fortnightly view.
4 ★good so far. It would be good if the photos were just for sign on and off, and not for breaks. It would also help if there was an option to have a hybrid of sign on and time sheet, if I miss the sign on or sign off, I can add a time to be approved after the fact.
1 ★Great app to start with, but now it just freezes every single time I try to log my hours. I have shut down the phone and tried again but it just continues to freeze, which is not convenient
