Jednostavno omogućite djelatnicima evidenciju radnog vremena kroz mobilnu aplikaciju.NAPOMENA : potrebno je biti korisnik softCRM aplikacije (http://soft-crm.net).
Nema više potrebe za čitačima kartica, karticama, dodatnom opremom i slično.
Postupak je sljedeći :
1. Svaki djelatnik instalira aplikaciju na mobitel.
2. Kroz web sučelje softCRMa, dozvoljava se za određenom djelatnika evidencija sa određenim mobitelom (putem IMEI-a).
3. Nakon toga djelatnik u bilo kojem trenutku može evidentirati svoje radno vrijeme (dolazak na posao, odlazak sa posla, pauza, sastanak, ...).
3. Uz svako evidentiranje se uz standardne podatke bilježi o geografska lokacija koja se kasnije kroz web sučelje softCRMa može i analizirati.
Nadalje, kroz samu cloud aplikaciju softCRM, na jednostavan način mogu se pratiti prekovremeni sati, noćne smjene, rad vikendom i praznicima, ukupan broj bolovanja, službenih i privatnih izostanaka. S lakoćom možete pratiti vanjske suradnike i njihov rad (npr. sati rada).
Za svakog djelatnika moguće je definirati i planirati odsutnost zbog : godišnjeg odmora, bolovanja, roditeljskog dopusta, plaćenog dopusta, neplaćenog dopusta, isključenja sa rada i dr.
Na osnovu svih tih informacija moguće je kreirati i voditi evidenciju rada svih zaposlenika, što je i zakonska obaveza.
Naime, na temelju članka 4. stavka 4. Zakona o radu donesen je novi PRAVILNIK O SADRŽAJU I NAČINU VOĐENJA EVIDENCIJE O RADNICIMA.
Prema tom pravilniku sve tvrtke su obavezne voditi evidenciju rada svojih zaposlenika, a pomoću ovog podsustava evidencija se radi automatizirano.
