1 ★My google play music stoppped working 2 days ago without no prior info! Now I have lost all my playlists and I have to start creating new ones. The least you could have done was to inform me before you decided to turn it off. This is really upsetting.
4 ★There's no option in Play Store to review its own app. Overall I think its app works well, but there needs to be an option for *all* its communication to happen by Wifi only. This app is non-essential for the phone to function & also data communication that's truly necessary. "Wifi Only" needs to be an option so no cellular communication id used of a minimal data plan that's needed for saving money to spend as little as possible on cell phone service. 2 ★Bring back google play music! I don't want to pay for subscriptions I just want to buy the music I like. There was no reason to shut down this app. It was nearly perfect and offered so many unique features. Youtube music is terrible, it doesn't organize music the same way. The menus are clunky and awkwardly laid out. This app actually let you search your music alphabetically as well as by artists and group the same albums by the same artist. Youtube music doesn't group artists albums .
1 ★Hi there! I used Google music before I got Spotify or when I was offline and it was great but now that it has changed to YouTube music I don't like it. I would love it if you changed it back to Google music. I went to go on it the other day and I was really confused when it said "Google Play Music is no longer available". So it would be great if it could change back. Thank you
1 ★Google Play Music was the perfect music player for me. I also loved that it had my podcasts in it as well. I tried Youtube Music and absolutely hated it. I've tried several other music apps and had issues with all of them. PLEASE for the love of god, bring this back if you care even a tiny bit about your customers. Definitely not going to buy another pixel, at least other android phones have built in music players. Absolutely disgusted with google for getting rid of this app.
1 ★Ridiculous. I have absolutely no access now to all of the songs I had paid for through Google Play music. They don't show up on the new YouTube music or whatever it is they're forcing us to use now. I paid for singles and albums, I'd like to be able to access them. If you're going to switch apps over, transfer the files or give me some way to download them.
1 ★I used this app to listen to music I downloaded from my old iTunes library. Mostly songs that are unavailable elsewhere, such as Spotify and YouTube. The fact that they've restricted all access to this app suddenly is really upsetting. I'll be looking for a different music player, and it won't be whatever that YouTube music app is. Why is this app even still around it it DOESN'T DO ANYTHING but redirect to another app???
4 ★This was a fantastic app and I miss it terribly. I can't understand why such a successful app was shut down. I tried moving to YT Music as was recommended and it is absolutely terrible in comparison. I'm very disappointed. I wish we could have an app similar to this one again.
1 ★I had like 10 different playlists saved all songs in order and now its all gone you have no idea how long that took. You cant just force people to a different app through this app. You can just make 2 apps and let the people choose i had this app for ever it was like the firsy thing i got when i got a new phone.
1 ★So much for built-in music player for MY on-device files, right? Google: *makes something decent* Google: "Welp, time to abandon & kill this like I do everything that had good things going for them". Workaround: install an older version, block it from having any net access; as long as it doesn't silently 'update', you should be able to use it as your device player. If it does 'update', force stop & clear it's data.
2 ★When I used this app in the past it was spectacular in all. I gave it 2 stars so that developers may at least care about their customers and put this app back online cause YT music is the most flimsy music player I ever saw. YT player loads internal file every time you open the app. And it loads every time u press a song from your storage. I mean like what is it loading I have already alowed it to access my storage. YT player is a waste of time and storage plus not worth it. Don't download.
5 ★Google play music was so perfect and awesome 🥰🥰 . Im able to stream and enjoy listening the music . But why you suddenly shutdown the app 😭😭 .. please put it back! I tried YT music but it was so disgusting! It cost a lot in streaming music for subscription.. please put back the Google play music It was so very AWESOME !!!
