5 ★hey guys who made this app, just wanted to say your an actual life saver!! I was going through a lot of abdominal tension and high anxiety and stress I couldn't even see how to relax anymore cause of the pain,it was a constant struggle,then I let go in one of your brainwave genre's and all of that went away I'm hungry more often and I have a lot more energy, yeah you can go out and buy a couple things for meditation but why do that when you have this simple tool right here.. simply amazing.
5 ★I really appreciate this app. I have to stick with most of the free ones but there still amazing. Diagnosed with CPTSD, I have dealt with all of the awful stuff it does to a person at night for years. To explain the difference it made for me... I used to spend at least 2 hours trying to go to sleep. A lot of the time now, I'm asleep before the recording is over. I know this because I don't remember the end, lol. That's actually an amazing thing when you battle nighttime wars. Thank you for this!
5 ★Great app but it would be better if you offered a pay-for version to get rid off the adds. They are very distracting and take up a good portion of the bottom of the screen. However the variety and quality of the music options are amazing and are longer than 20 seconds clips repeated over and over. Would definitely recommend!

5 ★This app is great for those that struggle to sleep or deal with mental illness that doesn't allow the mind to shut off. It still takes me me two hours to sleep, some days 2.5 hours. But this app DOES help me to feel calm and my brain slows down. So even if it takes awhile, my brain knows that eventually I'll sleep and I do. It rarely keeps me up anymore. Love it. I use the relax and sleep well *full* purchase. It gives me time to properly wind down before the meditation body scan begins.

4 ★I would give it 5 stars except I can't figure out how to play just one track. It goes through the whole album (if you will), or it will let you loop the same track, but not just play once. Maybe it is user error, but I couldn't figure it out. I want it to stop while I am asleep, not play all night.
5 ★What makes this a 5 star rating...a wide range of choices and selections. Most apps in this general field require you to download 3-4 different apps to get ALL the variety you find in just this one. My hat's off to the devs for having the patients to put this much together in one amazing applications. I've only had this app for a few days and I'm still discovering all the gems in all those relaxing catagories.
4 ★Some of the music is a bit cheesy, but there are also plenty of beautiful chants. I really like the self development talks. I have listened to quite a few and found them inspiring, but so far I have not heard a SINGLE female speaker! It's all men. Come on guys, let's be a more representative please.
