「我自己我主導」學習應用程式由香港中文大學社會工作學系黃敬歲博士及其研究團隊策劃，在設計及製作過程中邀請智障人士共同創作，內容參考「我自己我主導」提升智障人士自我決策小組中的活動元素，輔助社工、特殊教育老師及家長用以支援智障人士學習訂立個人目標、制定行動計劃及評估自己的實踐進度等自我決策技巧，從而提升他們的生涯規劃素質。此學習應用程式得到香港中文大學知識轉移基金的支持，獲社會創新及創業發展基金撥款資助；並透過下列創建伙伴，讓智障人士在不同階段參與及優化程式的設計和內容：

答：此學習應用程式設計時的主要對象為華語、輕度智障的中學生及成年人，但它同時適合需要逐步地、有系統地學習如何為自己訂立目標和制定行動計劃的任何人使用。
問：「我自己我主導」學習應用程式如何有助學習自我決策的技巧？
答：此學習應用程式將訂立目標和制定行動計劃拆分為不同步驟，一步一步去學習當中技巧；並設有提示和記錄功能，促進使用者可以在實踐目標的過程中適時檢視自己的進度，從經驗中提升自我決策。
問：「我自己我主導」學習應用程式是否適合智障人士獨立使用？
答：智障人士如對操作電子應用程式及對自我決策技巧已經有一定認識，可在社工、特殊教育老師及家長的支援下，運用此學習應用程式，累積實踐經驗，進一步提升個人的自我決策素養。如智障人士尚未掌握如何操作電子應用程式或對自我決策技巧的認識不多，建議社工、特殊教育老師及家長將此學習應用程式配合特別設計的學習／發展活動進行。
問：可如何運用「我自己我主導」學習應用程式？
答：此學習應用程式可配合不同的服務情境下應用，例如在工作場所與使用者訂立個人的工作目標、學校的個人成長／生涯規劃課程、在家長與子女建立個人良好習慣等。社工及特殊教育老師亦可以運用此學習應用程式配合「我自己、我主導」提升自我決策小組的活動進行，或應用在個案工作中，以助智障人士學習自我決策技巧。
