Huéneja es un pintoresco pueblo enclavado en la cara norte de Sierra Nevada a cuyo parque natural y nacional pertenece parte de su término municipal.
A Huéneja se accede por la autovía A-92 a través de dos acceso directos al pueblo , así mismo hay líneas de autobuses que tienen parada y que lo conectan con el resto de Andalucía.
En conjunto Huéneja representa un excelente sitio donde uno puede desconectar de todas las preocupaciones, del estrés diario y rencontrarse con uno mismo, en idílicos paisajes junto a gente acogedora.
