Following the leads of the government of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, general cars syndicate launched Dhaif app to serve the pilgrims under the supervision of Haj and Umra ministry. Dhaif is developed to administrare, schedule, track and manage the communication between the general cars syndicate and other stakeholders. This app includes 4 user roles and managed by them:1- Operational managers who are responsible for receiving buses orders from offices managers to to issue operational commands.
2- Institutions managers who are responsible for buses orders for their own offices.
3- Offices managers who are responsible for checking the statistics related to the busses and the statues of each bus while tracking it and managing guides.
4- Inspectors who are responsible for scanning busses to ensure safety, live tracking for near busses and sending communique.
