Description
Loe es una aplicación para la gestión del Director de Obra o Director de ejecución de Obra. Le permite realizar:- Órdenes electrónicas: incluye imágenes de las visitas, geoposicionamiento de la orden y firma de la orden de los agentes en el propio dispositivo o vía email.
- Realización de Actas de Reunión e Informes: incluye imágenes y con firma de los agentes que se quiera incluir en el acta en el propio dispositivo o vía email.
- Acceso agentes: todos los agentes dados de alta en un proyecto del Libro de Órdenes Electrónico podrán descargarse la App de forma gratuita y acceder al Libro de Órdenes de la Obra en la que realicen su intervención.
- Firma Electrónica Avanzada: El Libro de Órdenes electrónico Loe incorpora la Firma Electrónica Avanzada que está auditada y cuenta con dictamen judicial. Esta firma vincula al firmante con el documento firmado, permitiendo capturar desde el dispositivo todas las firmas que el autor de la órden, acta de reunión o informe necesite (constructor, dirección de obra u otros agentes).
- Envío de Órdenes en el momento e in-situ.
- Gestión de todos los proyectos desde el mismo dispositivo.
- Sistema seguro de la información: todos sus libros de órdenes disponibles desde cualquiera de sus dispositivos.
