Earnster Inc., established in 2017, is an online platform empowering teens to convert tasks into currency and shop seamlessly and safely online.Within the app, 13-year-olds and older, are able to select the hottest must-have items, selected by teens, for teens in the marketplace. After finding an item in the Digital Showroom, the teen user then chooses an adult to complete a deal with. The adult can be a parent or another family member or friend. Next, the user proposes tasks to complete in order to earn the item(s). Such tasks range from household chores and extra school work, to community service and more. The selected adult will then receive the proposed deal and have a chance to APPROVE, COUNTER or DECLINE the deal. Once a deal has been established, the teen will have to send proof that tasks were actually done. When all tasks are 100% complete and approved, the adult is directed to the secure checkout system to purchase the item.
During checkout, the adult can choose to pay a $4.99 service fee, or purchase an annual subscription for just $9.99, allowing the adult user to pay no service fees for an entire year.
Also during checkout, the adult can submit a youth organization code and Earnster will give 20% of paid fees to the designated group. Earnster is committed to supporting youth organizations that share our common mission of empowering youth.
