Diese kann er nach Belieben filtern und sortieren. Beim Klicken auf ein Restaurant erhält der User zudem nähere Informationen zu diesem, wie beispielsweise Öffnungszeiten, Speisekarte,…
Entscheidet sich der User eine Kooperation mit einem Restaurant zu erstellen, registriert er sich zunächst mit seinen Daten und erstellt im Anschluss ein Foto vom Ambiente oder Essen des Lokals.
Auf dieses Foto wird automatisch während der User auf den Story-Erstellungs-Bildschirm in Instagram weitergeleitet wird, ein Sticker mit dem Logo des Restaurants hinzugefügt. Nach dem erfolgreichem Hochladen der Story muss der User in der Gainback-App noch ein Foto des Belegs hochladen. Daraufhin wird von Gainback überprüft, ob alles gepasst hat. Bei erfolgreicher Überprüfung wird dem User auf ein Guthabenkonto in der App der versprochene Geldbetrag gutgeschrieben, welcher dort ab einem Mindestbetrag von 10€ ausgezahlt werden kann.
Zusätzlich bietet die Gainback-App zur Vereinfachung der Restaurantsuche noch eine Map-Funktion.
