A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Veo is offered at TAMU. While it makes sense that VEO doesn't work on the TAMU wifi it is incredibly stupid that they don't tell you that you must use data in order for the app to function properly. Twice I had to get a refund because VEO thought I was riding when the app didn't even allow me to get ride because of "system down". A simple disclaimer or note saying "Veo requires mobile data" would've saved two headaches from me and dozens of others. The app is overall just a buggy mess.
1 ★If i could give this app 0 stars. I would. And i wouldnt hesitate in doing it. Veo is overly expensive and it is not worth the money. Me and my family went 5 blocks with the scooter and then decided it wasn't worth the money. It ended up costing about $10. There is also the fact that you can't use 2 veos at once. There was also the issue of the payment deposit. When i deposited, i wanted to put in $10. But when i did the app, somehow, tripled the amount. It's nonfundable!
2 ★This app really likes to crash on me at inconvenient times, the worst was when the app crash while I was riding and forcibly log me out. I logged back in but I had no way of ending my ride and had to wait until my balance was completely drained out even though I finished riding. Either way the service still works, it's not to hard to get a ride, (unless the app is being fussy), depositing money into the app kind of sucks since it's nonrefundable. Either way I think walking is less of a hassle.
1 ★I couldn't park where I was getting off, at the edge of a parking lot, and I had no idea where else to park and I kept getting charged. It's time to uninstall the Veo app, which is a memory and battery hog anyway, and to stop using Veo, because it's just not worth it, it's also not a reliable option. I'm a working commuter, not some joyriding college kid or Starbucks-swilling hipster. Time Veo got real, enough beta testing already. Bye.
2 ★Usually a two to three star experience bikes aren't placed in the best areas sometimes they don't work when you walk up to them they cut off sometimes when you're riding and there are some app problems but it can be very convenient at times and there's a lot of potential for it to become great they need to subsidize the price on it though, Citibike has better pricing, monthly pass, day pass, etc.
4 ★I love the features that remind you of no ride zones and slow speed zones but there is a posted "no motor vehicles" walking trail. It is posted in multiple parts of Toledo, Ohio's Ottawa Park where I've nearly been run down by Veo motorized vehicles (not pedal bikes). If you haven't already, you might want to map that into the restricted areas especially for anyone that might have a slower reaction time.
3 ★I ride Veo quite a lot to work and was originally satisfied but now the last 5 or so rides all have had mechanical issue. Despite the wrench lighting up as soon as you rent it they still charge you and the onus is on the rider to follow up with a trouble ticket to get a refund. Take the bike off the map or don't rent it if it's damaged, don't make the customer suffer. It seems like they care more about the revenue than the customer service. When it actually works it's an awesome app and product!
1 ★I've never ridden one of these and randomly ran into one and thought it said 35 cents per mile, which I thought was reasonable. I took it easy getting used to the thing and found out I paid $6 to travel .9 miles around the block and was informed it's 35 cents per minute, a dollar fee for even using it+ tax. My $10 deposit is now only enough for around 20 minutes of usage total, that's insane. I don't understand how this place stays in business when they're only in poor areas here
2 ★I really tried to give this app a chance. It's EXTREMELY BUGGY. I've never not once been able to successfully end my ride. Everytime I have to let it run my account dry and then I need to contact support to have them refund me the difference. I only rated two stars because their customer service is phenomenal and is honestly the only reason why I stayed with this app for so long. I'm tired of sinking my money into this when nothing has gotten fixed
1 ★I know where to shop and catch a bus; however, I can no longer locate any vehicles with the app. I can only see scooters in my area physically (no vehicles show up on the map in my very busy city--but, they used to). Since I can no longer find bikes, I have a balance that I can't use and would like refunded. Great idea when it worked--the best. Hopefully the app will work again someday soon. I used to love it!
4 ★app is incredibly easy & helpful, the ride experience is awesome! update as of nov 15 2022: the app malfunctions somehow every time i use it now. for a while every time i needed to end a ride the app would say "service is down" so i would have to close the app then reopen it to get back to my ride menu. then the last few times i used it the app would simply not load my ride menu and would not allow me to end the ride. i had to call customer support and have them end the ride each time.
2 ★The app works fine! It sucks that when you redeem a promo code it doesn't allow you to use it in any way, shape or form. The support team doesn't even answer the phone either! I waited for 10 minutes before hanging up! Either way I'm goin back to my bike and keeping my Razor scooter on hand because I refuse to put another dime into this app. The maintenance on the rides are abysmal they're either changed out or not changed at all. There are also times where the ride will literally stop entirely.
