1 ★This device and application (iOS and android,both) are trash. Devices sometimes don't work, it is understandable but what bothers is their support! I mailed them,tweeted them,called them no good response. Whenever I call they say their team will call back but never do they call. The application doesn't show any location. The device goes off on it's own! Actually, it never worked smooth but now it has gone down totally ! Highly disappointed!! Ps: if there was a star with "-" I would give it !
1 ★Pathetic app, draining vehicle battery very fast , customer service people are not trained. If u face any problem regarding tracker they will not log complaint on first go, u have to be chase them four to five times. Iam facing gps app regarding problem but i will have to wait for next 2 days to get resolve. Do buy this tracker . It's better to use your vehicle without this app or go for any another tracker. I would like to give this app 0 rating. Plz don't buy this tracker. Totally zero

5 ★After using three months, I can say it is very useful and very secure. Giving the result accurately as per the command. Price is little higher compare to other's but my experience of its features is great to other companies. Letstrack Customer service and their Technician's are trained and skillful giving solutions properly. In short great security device.....Thanks Letstrack!!!
1 ★Dear Team, First of all thanks for your updates made by you. Previously this app was very much userfriendly, after the upgradation it's seems that again we came downgrade for using this pathetic app. It's very hard to search our vehicles location and we had no that much of time to search entire application as well as search the vehicles one by one. Yours primevendor.
1 ★The device shows itself offline for number of days and then you need to call to get it rectified for which it will be charged everytime... I am stuck after opting for 2years of renewal. How can your vehicle is safe if the device is showing offline by itself. Doesn't serve the purpose for which it is purchased.

1 ★Wrost app and Divice. I just suggest to all don't buy letstrack Divice for your vehicle because you stuck anytime anywhere due to non-working Divice. I stuck 4 hrs due to engine cut not restore and customer care not gave proper response and support. Finally I decide Letstrack Divice remove from our car and make claim on company in consumer forum. Once again I aware to innosent people please be aware before make decisions to buy letstrack device.
2 ★Faulty app. 1. If you keep the car idle for long time, the device stops responding. 2. After the latest update, the notification never goes away, keeps showing 'Letswork Location Updating', 24*7.
1 ★Worst service provider. No one respond to your mails and calls. I am fedup with this devise. Even customer care doesn't respond as i have mailed them from last 3 days that my device is not working buthen they said that they have not registered any complaint from our side. Very irresponsible team . I cant even start my vehicle now as we can't acticate and deactivate it. Nothing we can do its starting. Even that guy whos had fotted the device his also not responding. Pls look into this.
