L’Agència Tributària de Catalunya (ATC) posa a disposició de la ciutadania l’aplicació “Agència Tributària Catalunya”, per a dispositius mòbils intel·ligents, que ofereix la possibilitat de consultar informació i realitzar gestions amb l’ATC de forma fàcil, ràpida i evitant desplaçaments.Què es pot fer sense necessitat d’identificar-se
• Conèixer l’actualitat de l’Agència.
• Pagar tributs i deutes introduint les dades de referència o escanejant el codi de barres (cal disposar de la carta de pagament i, si escau, donar permís perquè l’app accedeixi a la càmera del dispositiu).
• Accedir al cercador d’oficines de l’ATC.
• Demanar cita presencial a qualsevol oficina.
• Demanar cita a L’ATC us truca (servei d’assistència telefònica o per videoassistència).
• Fer consultes o comunicar incidències tecnològiques a través dels formularis corresponents.

• Modificar l’adreça postal a l’efecte de notificacions.
• Subscriure’s a les notificacions per canal electrònic.

Cal tenir en compte que les declaracions-liquidacions o les autoliquidacions de tributs pagades en període voluntari no es mostren.
El sistema d’identificació admès actualment és l’idCAT Mòbil (es pot obtenir accedint a idcatmobil.cat). En fases posteriors s’incorporaran altres certificats digitals.
