يسعى المركز ليكون المؤسسة الأسرية الفاعلة في مجتمع المملكة العربية السعودية، تحقق الألفة، والسعادة والنجاح لجميع أفراد الأسرة، ولمجموعهم، من خلال عمل مهني مختص، يستفيد من معطيات الدراسات الحديثة، ووسائل التقنية المعاصرة.
خامسا: أهداف المركز:
1. تحقيق السعادة الأسرية.
2. والسكن النفسي بين الزوجين.
3. والتربية القويمة للأجيال.
4. وبرِّ الوالدين.
5. وتوثيق الصلة بين الأرحام.
سادساً: مسارات العمل في المركز:
•الإنماء: برفع مستوى الثقافة الأسرية لدى أفراد ومؤسسات المجتمع.
•الوقاية: بنشر الوعي الاجتماعي حول كل ما قد يُوجِد خللاً في بنية الأسرة قبل الوقوع فـي شباكه، ومحاصرة أسباب الفقر قبل أن تتسبب في إحداثه، وتذليل عقبات الزواج، وتنوير الشباب المقدمين عليه بأحكامه وحقوقه.
•المعالجة: للخلافات الأسرية الحادثة قبل أن تصل إلى حالة طلاق، أو تفككٍ أسـري، أو جنوح أولاد، أو انجرافٍ نحو الجريمة.
