1 ★Horrendous. Tried several times to make a purchase and whenever I clicked 'card' the app would crash. I tried force stopping, crashing and uninstalling the app and reinstalling. The discount code I wanted to use was only applicable to the app too. Would NOT recommend.
1 ★When I try the click and collect option it just spins and constantly gives an error message (my signal and wi-fi signal all good). Also the codes never seem to work despite meeting the criteria. Really not fit for purpose. Ended up not bothering with the purchase as it was made so difficult to buy
1 ★Horrible company. I ordered 4 items from here and I'm having to send all of them back after trying them on and seeing the quality of each product. The quality of the clothes are cheap, and the material is tacky. The clothes are extremely disproportionate, sizes are completely off and the clothes don't fit properly. When I received my items I took them out of the packing already torn and frayed at the seams because of how poorly they've been made (in the sweatshop) Do not shop here.

I made an order for the weekend using next day delivery as I had a party and needed a dress. 4 days later no dress and paid 7.99 for delivery! all they will do is charge me for standard delivery instead of next day?? Like what I never would have ordered if I couldn't get it next day as I obviously wouldn't have it in time for when I needed. Absolute con artists so I made an order and now essentially paid for delivery just to pack it up and send it right back to them 🤔
1 ★Yeah at first when I was ordering I notice that they had express shipping so I pick express shipping then it turns out they basically charges me for express shipping but it still takes a whole week for my order to get here so I will never be ordering from this app again if you want express shipping go ahead and order from Fashion Nova ladies it gets here on time and you don't have to worry about them rescheduling your shipping. Over it.
3 ★I dont usually leave reviews cause I dont really care to lol but hopefully the creator will see or idk. Love nasty gal, hate how slow the app. Also whats with the back function? Ex: lets says i click on an item and then want to return to the point I was previously the app will throw you a few rows back up from the item you choose to view. So lame! Actually update the features in the app please!! Like the wishlist feature could be so much better id like to organize my items. Thanks bye 👋
2 ★The app looks and performs great. But! I spent almost 2 hours looking through everything and saving things to my wishlist, just to have it all erased when I closed the app. Super upsetting.
3 ★The size guide and return policy are not viewable in the app. I had to uninstall in order to view online. Also, the search engine did not include everything with my two key words "leather jacket" so I had to do a more general search for "leather" to find what I was looking for. This meant I had to look through a lot of different stuff before locating the jacket that I saw online that has the words "leather jacket" in the description.
1 ★Very slow. I can't not cancel the items kept on my wish list all together but only one by one. Also when i select an item from my research and I go back the research starts again from the beginning

1 ★After confirming my order w the bank the website doesn't redirects me and the link doesn't work. Aka: the purchase is not completed. Very very frustrating. I've deleted and reinstaled. Same issue. Total waste of time !
1 ★I absolutely adore your brand but your app has been glitching A LOT; it wasn't letting me make any payments for the last 3 days and it finally worked just now after trying all day since I woke up. the app is up to date. lets hope it's fixable !
