2 ★It only works half the time and when you call customer service they never pickup the phone or send you directly to voicemail. Terrible service and terrible app, I regret buying Infiniti.

1 ★Does not allow the VIN number of the car even though your vehicle is giving the instructions to follow on the app. Sad a 2018 does not have these options.

1 ★It takes very long time for the app to contact the car to initiate the service. Sometimes it doesn't work and you have to press several times.
1 ★doesn't accept my Vin number..I called Infiniti and they say my 2020 QX60 is not capable of using the app???? Oh and my remote starter cannot turn on the heat or Ac or whatever mode it was in when turned off!!!

1 ★App sux. I love my q50, but interface is dated, laggy. It is absolute trash. Just looks cool. Get your s#it together infiniti. You still don't even have apple play or Android. Child plzzzz. Oh, also, map is so worthless. Does anyone use this over their phone. You give us 2 usless screens and i can't watch video or mirror phone. What a joke.
