Die WaWi-ToGo ist eine mobile Warenwirtschaft basierend auf dem AFS-Manager SQL.Mit der App können Sie Ihre Vorgänge, Artikel & Adressen einsehen und bearbeiten.
Alle Daten werden live synchronisiert und sind dadurch sofort im AFS-Manager vorhanden.
In der App können Sie Vorgangsdetails wie z.B. Vorgangsart, Rechnungs- & Lieferanschrift, Positionen, Vorgangswarnung und viele weitere einsehen.
Bearbeiten Sie Vorgänge, und fügen Sie Positionen, einen Gesamtrabatt und weitere Eigenschaften hinzu.
In den Artikeldetails können Sie Informationen zu dem jeweiligen Artikel abrufen. Die Übersicht zeigt Ihnen die Bezeichnung des Artikels, hinterlegte Artikelbilder, die Artikelbeschreibung und den VK an. Unter dem Tab "Details" Sehen Sie weiter Informationen wie z.B. die Warengruppe, MwSt. & die Artikeleinstellungen aus dem AFS-Manager.
Mit einem Klick auf "Drucken" können Sie den Status auf "gedruckt" setzen und das Dokument in der jeweiligen Dokumentenverwaltung hinterlegen.
Adressen können Sie genauso wie Vorgänge erstellen & bearbeiten. In den Adressdetails können Sie alle Adress- & Kontaktdaten einsehen und den Kunden über ein Menü, genauso wie die Ansprechpartner im Tab "Ansprechpartner", sofort kontaktieren. Beim Anlegen einer neuen Adresse besteht die Möglichkeit, sich Adressen vorschlagen zu lassen, basierend auf dem Standort des Gerätes.
Für Vorgänge, Adressen und Artikel gibt es den Tab "Dokumente", mit dem Bilder und Dateien eingesehen & hinterlegt werden können.
