5 ★Great Christian movie

1 ★I purchased a number of films from this group over the last number of years. About 6 months ago, I was not able to access my purchases. I have been in conversation back and forth with customer service. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, but then I stopped getting replies. I recently spent $16 on long-distance calls to them and still no solution.

1 ★With all the changes I lost all my movies. Had notified them a few months ago about it, they said they had problems. I keep checking to see if they fixed it, But I guess you won't get any of your movies back. 9 months later nothing.

5 ★I haven't watched anything yet but I'm sure it's good.

1 ★The told me they made changes so they no longer have my movie. They put it in my wallet but I will never buy or subcribe to anything they have because there is no guarantee that they will always have the movies. So please go spend your money in vudu or amazon. Not Christian Cinemas. They are definitely not very Christian with what they have done to me. I get business but they could give me a visa gift card or give it back to me in some physical form.

1 ★Folks, dont waste you money on renting or buying any media on Christian Cinema. Not only is the apps so quirky and unstable on Apple Tv and Android, it seldom will even load. Such rubbish. Now to reset your password is impossible.
