1 ★Wants too much information Went to install app. It stated it requires access to location, all media and phone logs in phone. Not optional - required. Why do you need access to my phone call data? Hasn't been updated in nearly two years and lots of reviews note bugs in app. Nope. I'd rather just guess at what I have available.
1 ★Same problem everyone else is having. Once you select a menu item and leave the home screen you can't return to the home screen, or access the menu, without closing and reopening the app. Pretty much unusable.
1 ★Doesn't work. Balance and bag history don't show up. Doesn't provide basic and expected features, such as being able to use the app to scan in to bottledrop or the store drop points. Need to use actual website - which also doesn't work well on mobile - to access account information.
1 ★Might as well just use the site. And bottle drop sucks anyway. It's like they're using cans as a way to setup a weird investment/banking system. Charge you for bags, charge you to process the bags, make you wait 5-7 days after charging you to process them(I'm on day 6). It's all a big scam.
2 ★Pretty poor quality app....when you click on anything and try to go back, the back button brings up the keyboard only. You have to close the app out to get back to the home screen after clicking on anything

Recently after a system update on my phone (galaxy S10) I cant access the app and the message I get says "this app was created for and older version of Android and may not operate properly." 2018 seems like a longtime to not update. It was working prior to the system update.

1 ★Email in app is dead 🙄 1/20: Needs bag details 2/19: Went to Beaverton location, they fixed my account😁. Original 1* review: Set up a bottle drop account. After a while deposited about $8 worth of bottles and cans... Balance showed $4. Emailed them to point out that this was wrong, no reply, and now the balance is negative $1.15. Emailed them again, no reply. So other than the fact that $8 of bottles and cans has turned into -$1.15 and don't answer their emails... It's working just great :-(
